- NTNick Tzannos6 days ago1.0I mean quite genuinely one of the worst kept hotels we’ve ever stayed in. Hair was on the pillows.. hair was stuck to the bathroom door. The water was dripping from the shower head without a way to turn it off.. then the water pressure was completely off in the morning. Phone on the desk did not work.. buttons were sticky and had nothing to connect to. There was a literal bird turd stain on the dishwasher. The cover of the air conditioning is snapped off. Absolutely terrible.

I didn’t have to worry about finding a laundromat or paying extra fees, which made my trip way less stressful, especially since I stayed a bit longer. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well thought out. The host clearly cares about the guest experience—communication was quick, friendly, and helpful. I’d honestly stay here again without hesitation.

Overall, a great experience — I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, comfortable extended‑stay option.

However, look at the pictures I took of my room and judge for yourself how exactly this hotel is maintained. I'm so frustrated. My room is dirty, the windows are NOT soundproof and this location is practically on top of the interstate with windows that are definitely not sound proof. BRING EARPLUGS. The HVAC wall unit was malfunctioning as well. Also, just look at the condition of the lamp shades. Whatever IHG corporate marketing manager has this property should be embarrassed any paying customer, ESPECIALLY Diamond members experience this.
