The breakfast was a little under par and we ended up having to be switched rooms because when we checked in at 1130pm the room we had booked hadn't seen room service to make it up or change the bedding and towels out. Once we got our new room everything was fine there after.

We booked 3 rooms online 2 rooms were charged correctly our 3rd room had to be moved. We were over charged $200. I've called left messages, texted their online help and sent emails but I have not received any reply. I have all information to prove the over charge

I’ve been trying since February 4th to block 11 rooms at this hotel. I’ve called four different times and have yet to receive a return call from either the manager or the sales manager. I also reached out to IHG directly. They contacted the hotel as well, and still no one has called me back. I stay at IHG hotels regularly, but based on this experience, I would not recommend this location and will not be staying here in the future

Stayed one night here while passing through. Clean, quiet and comfortable. The standard breakfast fare for a HIE - perfectly adequate. I'm not sure if it's my imagination, but I didn't find the bed quite as comfortable as the usual HIE beds. Was fine though, just a little former than my preference.
