- DCdianna carter2 days ago1.0Booked a room at this hotel, , 2 weeks prior cancelled room because my daughters football group that had a block of rooms was told they needed to find another hotel because of possible bed bugs. The hotel canceled the block of rooms but not mine. When I called and canceled, lady that answered the phone said her computer was down and she would call me back, also said she couldn’t find me in the system. I called the weekend of the date I originally had and I was still being charged. I talked with manager and they said they would reimburse me . Never got reimbursed, called multiple times said it would and still hasn’t. Very poor customer service.

I had an old shoe hanger and used fake lashes in my sheets between the fitted sheet and flat sheet. We also found a random sock and coffee insert around the room. So obviously nothing was done to clean the room between guests. Taking a shower as soon as I get home.
