I then went in person and Matthew at the front desk told me that they had no reservation in their system for me. I showed him the confirmation email as well as the reservation number and they still had no answer for me. I was told that I would only get my money back if they could find the reservation the NEXT DAY.

After the funeral they checked out, got home to WI and my sister realized she left her lit up makeup mirror in the room. She called them to ask about it and my husband and I went in to talk to them. They said it was not turned in to lost and found and housekeepers didn't see it. That is a lie and one of their housekeepers took the mirror. Housekeepers need to be held accountable. We will not recommend anyone stay here. And then you send an automated response that doesn't even address our review. We did not have a good stay and as we said, will not be recommending anyone stay here. Your automated response reinforced your pathetic customer service.

Our bed was never made and the room was not straightened. On the last day we were there, we had to go to the front desk for towels and the trash was not emptied. We are five years out from COVID, so there's no reason hotel rooms cannot be refreshed, especially when you stay 5 nights.
