Our bed was never made and the room was not straightened. On the last day we were there, we had to go to the front desk for towels and the trash was not emptied. We are five years out from COVID, so there's no reason hotel rooms cannot be refreshed, especially when you stay 5 nights.

There are certain amenities that I have come to expect and I was so happy to know that Marion e tends these courtesies. The staff is cordial and the rooms are nice. I enjoyed my favorite tea with my complimentary breakfast and began each day well rested. Great job Marion Holiday Inn!

Rude general manager and make sure the fine print (which wasnt shared in their email) is correcf and what they advertise. Lots of places to stay, would avoid

We booked for a wedding at the wrong holiday inn and canceled the reservation the next day. They charged us for the full price. We paid extra for upgrading and still charged even when we are staying at nearby holiday inn. Marion holiday inn express is a big no. Take another look and don't book with them. you may need to have a lawyer look over your booking contract before booking a room always look at the fine print.
