  Ceiling collapsed in the pool after we checked in. Nobody ever mentioned that to us about a possible free cancellation since this happened after check in. That was very disappointing for my daughter who was looking forward to the pool. Lost water. We did not get any sleep due to a heater in our room that would not shut off. It did not matter what temperature you set the thermostat to it was 80 degrees in the room. It was extremely warm in our room despite adjusting the thermostat. Breakfast was okay for being included.

  Stayed last minute for a night and was thoroughly disgusted, pool was cold couldn't even relax, TV was broken, luggage cart kept falling over, the only good thing is my bed appeared clean and was as comfortable as you could expect from a place as terrible as this. Luckily i didn't pay for this and it was covered as a work expense. Tried to talk to management and no one was at the front desk tried calling from the room and it just rang and rang. Check out was a disaster so i just left.

  Ice cold pool, hot tub didn't work, bath towels smelled like burnt rubber, TV sound cut in and out, luggage carts have broken wheels, garbage in hallways, cold breakfast, bad odor in lobby and hallways. The hotel did offer to give me 2500 IHG points in exchange for removing my negative review, but I declined. My review is my experience and others should be aware. A person's experience is their experience, that is the point for a review. You can't pay or bribe someone to remove it so you look like you only have good reviews. Fix your hotel issues and you won't have this problem.

  Stopping at this hotel after 10 hours on the road was like a breath of fresh air! First of all, it was extremely clean. I am very particular when it comes to cleanliness and I did not find one speck of dust or random hair anywhere in room 224. The bed linens & towels were sparkling white, fresh & clean. The king size bed & pillows were very comfortable and the room had a K-cup coffee pot & a mini fridge. There was nice, thoughtful touches like a hairdryer, facial makeup removing wipes and Dove brand products for showering (hand wash, body lotion, body wash, shampoo & conditioner) which is great so you don’t have to unpack for a quick overnight stay. The absolute best part about my stay here was the front desk clerk, Erin. She was so welcoming, very personable, friendly & kind. She was just as friendly at 10pm as she was at 8am the next morning for her next shift. This place is doing it right… and I haven’t even mentioned the free breakfast yet! It had lots of options & the coffee was superb! I highly recommend stopping here if you’re in the area for business or just need a break from the road.
