I am a Platinum member with IHG for the number of stays i have with them. When my toilet was clogged the front desk asked if I'd like to come down and get a plunger and unclog it myself. Additionally, there are teenagers running up and down the hallways screaming and hollering and banging on walls. When I called the front desk about this they simply said "they don't have to be quiet until 9pm"

I could not get out of that STARCH WHITE soft as heavenly clouds pillows and sheets , oh and the perfect comforter ! Oh my what a treat ? Beautiful bathroom and shower , cleanest hotel I've seen in years by far ! Even the 24 7 Lobby greeting coffee ,decaf and regular were so perfect ! Spoke to 3 different staff. They were all , so nice and friendly and spoke perfect English !! The pool and hot tub were well maintained and a pure gift, so relaxing. Hot tub, pool , hot tub , pool, we ran back n forth for over an hour playing. I definitely recommend ! Don't tell too many people .. 😉 it's a rare gem !!
