I was in town on a business trip and was checked in by Monica. She was so intuitive, she noticed I wanted to make sure I was in a private room away from everyone. She told me her favorite room and placed me there. The next day when I came back from my day I had a migraine and things were not going well. I jokingly asked her for an emotional support cookie and she gave me one! She really really made my day. I've never stayed at a Double Tree before, but now I will look for one the next time I stay in a hotel. All because of the great customer service I received from Monica at this location. 10/10

Very apparent very greedy owners. I travel for work and am in and out of hundreds of hotels a year. Let’s start off with the TVs. Bring a device you want to plug into hdmi? Can’t switch and use it. On top of that. No microwave, no refrigerators. But OH so convenient they have a restaurant inside that charges stupid prices for the worse food. I thought maybe I could use a microwave down in the lobby. Front desk proceeded to tell me it’s 10$ to RENT A MICROWAVE FOR THE NIGHT??? Like the 300$ for 2 nights wasn’t enough. I’ve never in my life seen a hotel as greedy as this. Disgusted. Owner should feel bad. Will be cutting my stay short and never returning!!!

This was our first time at a hotel in Lawrenceburg, IN. We chose the DoubleTree by Hilton. We were there for an extended stay to visit the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum in nearby Kentucky. The hotel staff, rooms and related grounds were very nice. The restaurant and food service folks for breakfast were incredible. The only downside was there were no warm chocolate chip cookies on any of the four days we were there. I asked every day. That’s never happened before in any of my previous stays at a DoubleTree. The entire facility was bright and clean, and this was a very enjoyable stay overall.
