Me and 3 weary travelers were unpleasantly ripped from the interstate during the snowstorm of the century. We had called and booked two rooms, only to find out upon our arrival, they were all booked up and thus could not accommodate us, DESPITE the person on the phone taking our card and reserving the rooms.

He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a room that met all of our needs. It’s not every day you encounter such excellent customer service, and Brandon truly made our experience special. A big shout-out to Linda in the breakfast area as well! She did an outstanding job keeping the area clean and organized, and she took the time to visit with guests, which made the morning feel even more personal. The breakfast setup was one of the nicest I’ve seen, and Linda’s efforts were definitely noticed. Overall, the staff here truly made our stay memorable, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
