- JBJennifer BoylanOct 5, 20252.0The deadbolt lock to my room was broken, there was blood on a folded towel in the bathroom, the blind was broken and there were no curtains, there was mold in the shower, and I was right above the front entrance and all I could smell was the cigarette smoke from everyone smoking outside the entrance. I brought this to the attention of the front desk staff and they did nothing about it at all. Both times I went to the front desk, no one was there. The workers were all outside the front entrance smoking. I stay in Hilton’s 3 days a week for work and this one was highly disappointing.
