- KRKarita Ray3 days ago4.0Location was perfect! Staff at check in was efficient and friendly. The room was nice and spacious. The shower was very weirdly placed in the corner. You have to step up then turn and step down into stall. As seniors didn't feel safe to attempt. After getting to bed, we're awakened to a continuous loop of possible smoke and need to evacuate. The lobby and just outside the entrance was chaos. It would have been nice for management to have a small command/info post to help calm, direct customers, offer blankets, and maybe a bottle of water. This would reduce desk staff stress and keep people from migrating to that area. Thank God no one was injured, but please use this experience as a learning tool.
