- JSJulie SOct 13, 20251.0**WARNING** My partner and I checked into the hotel and we stayed in room 125. On day one, we noticed a strong mildew odor in the entire room with it being worst in the bathroom area. We spoke to the front desk, several times throughout our stay to addressed our concern about the mildew odor. The cause of this odor gave myself and my partner a headache, and feeling nausea. It was bad enough that we had to buy a can of air freshener just to be able to sleep. We were assured that it would be taken care of during the regular cleaning of the room on Thursday, however it was not "taken care of" until Friday. I spoke to the front desk again as a reminder and they sent a gentleman over to take a look at the bathroom vent. Please see photo below. Other members of a party who were also staying in the hotel the room beside ours did not have this dreadful odor. Though they did comments, they could smell it even outside of the entryway to the room. After we checked out, we attempted to reach out to management and we met with snarky, dismissive comments that inferred that we are lying about this situation. We unfortunately will not be staying at this hotel again.

Laundry can be done, as there are many washers & dryers. Gym facilities with clean & functioning equipments. Facility to take PRINTOUT, etc. Overall, our first time in WEST LAFAYETTE, was great cause of the comfortable stay here. There are many eating options around this place. Also, shopping malls are around- a drive away. We loved our stay here with great staff & facilities.
