It’s been four days and I have yet to get back the almost $700 dollars that they withdrew from my account that they said was just a “hold”. The hotel staff just keeps saying call the next day if it’s not in there. Then today I called and the lady working there was just laughing on the phone when I explained my reason for calling. Low and behold she said the same thing call back tomorrow. If there is anyway I could get ahold of someone in corporate to sort this out I’d appreciate it.

- LHLibby HabersOct 14, 20253.0The staff was incredibly friendly, unfortunately our room reeked of cigarettes and the pool was very very scummy and there were metal rusty shards coming off the door fixtures in the pool room from the corrosion of chemicals. The green couch was brown with stains and there were several brown stains on the carpet. My kids feet were black when we checked out early. We also were not given a discount for the group we were with because we were told it was “first come first serve.” It could have been really great. The kitchenette was clean though!

We ran into a really unfortunate car issue which lead us to being stranded there, and everyone was so kind. They helped us get a room for two nights and one wasn’t even intended. They let us hang out in their lobby all day while trying to get a tow or locksmith out, and they didn’t mind at all and they tried to help. For a crappy situation, they made it bearable and we are so appreciative. Thank you!
- SRStephen ROct 3, 20251.0The location is right next to the highway so it is very loud. If you have to stay here, you need to be on the east side away from that if you want any chance of sleeping. The staff are very pushy and rude. One of the guys who works nights at the front desk is not pleasant at all not least of all because he doesn't bathe. The rooms are decent. The price, assuming you're not there on a game weekend, is okay as well. If you’re there on a game weekend, you might have to sell a kidney to afford a weekend in a mediocre hotel. Then again, you're going to get gouged in any Lafayette hotel if there's a game.
