- SSsprucewolfMar 15, 20265.0Amber and Joe were PHENOMENAL. We had issues with a 3rd party booking app booking the wrong dates, and even though we weren't able to change the booking date, we still stayed the night we arrived regardless. They both did absolutely everything in their power to help us out. Such kind folks, aswell as the woman who checked me out the next morning. (I'm sorry, I didn't see your nametag!) Amazing value for the price, you get so much more bang for your buck. The rooms are small, but practically spotless. The small size is a bonus, as it makes the room easier to cool and heat, along with making it feel cozier. The beds are comfortable, and you just sink into the pillows; so so soft. One of the best sleeps I've had at a hotel. The choice of channels on the TV are diverse, showers are spacious; you're provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and water pressure is good. The pool wasn't available the night we stayed, but we were offered to swim in the pool of the other partnered hotels. The advertised Fox's Pizza Den is the BOMB. Beats pizza hut and pizza king by a long shot! It's also right around the corner from the hotel. The parking lot was pretty confusing to get to as someone who doesn't know Lafayette well, so make sure you have the exact location plugged into your GPS and keep on the look out for the turns, or else you might get lost.

It’s been four days and I have yet to get back the almost $700 dollars that they withdrew from my account that they said was just a “hold”. The hotel staff just keeps saying call the next day if it’s not in there. Then today I called and the lady working there was just laughing on the phone when I explained my reason for calling. Low and behold she said the same thing call back tomorrow. If there is anyway I could get ahold of someone in corporate to sort this out I’d appreciate it.
