- KLKelley LeonardNov 3, 20255.0Nice addition to Kokomo. Rooms were spacious, liked the lighting and lots of it. Didn't care for the breakfast and parking is a tad awkward. Your staff are very nice and helpful, friendly too. Be sure to have enough paper products in rooms, I didn't have toilet paper or tissues, only a few in box and no extra roll of tp. Other than that, all good. Just in town for a family function and was looking for an EV charger onsite.
- ATADAM TACKETTOct 29, 20251.0I stayed here for 7 days and it’s the absolute worst Home2Suites location I’ve visited. I had to request a room cleaning twice while I was here. I ran out of towels and could not get my bed made nor linens changed. On top of all that I asked the front desk lady for a water and she said they don’t provide water to their diamond members. I asked her why? She said we are privately owned. The owners are clueless. This is by far the worst managed location I’ve had the displeasure of staying. These people are terrible representatives of the Hilton brand. I will never stay here again.
- BGBridgett GarnerOct 20, 20251.0I couldn’t give this place zero stars. So 1 star it is. Been here since April with my company from work. The housekeeping staff sucks. The company extended my stay one time so I had to switch rooms and before I could even get to the room to get my stuff, housekeeping came in my room and threw away food that hasn’t been open. They threw away a 30$ shower bag that was accidentally left behind when I had a family emergency this past weekend and had to check out. I called an hour later to let them know if they found that I would be back the next day for my check in and would get it if they could set it aside. It had 30$ worth of shower stuff in the bag. I called the next day to see if someone found the bag and they said they would have to talk to the housekeeping manager. Never got a call back. I asked them again when I checked in and they said they still hadn’t talked to the manager. Today I go down to ask and they tell me it got thrown away. This wasn’t no cheap shower bag either. Plus all of my shower stuff that was in the bag. The manager told me they would talk to the GM and see what they can do. This is now twice and I’m calling my company to be moved to a different hotel.
