Hotel was VERY clean and VERY decorated for the Christmas Season, which made it a very inviting environment. Beds were very comfortable and the shower was very hot and pressurized which was nice. Breakfast was hot and fresh and had lots of options to choose from. Overall, this will be the place I stay when I come back to town. Can't say enough!

- GSG SDec 6, 20255.0I've stayed here countless times for business. The location is good, the rooms are clean, but I need to highlight the staff. Tracy in particular has been exceptional. She consistently provides outstanding service. She always greets me with a smile and treats for my dog. She even went above and beyond when there was a youth football team staying in the hotel who were unpleasantly loud. She did her best to be polite and professional to them while making sure the rest of us were not disturbed. She handled a tough situation with grace. I look forward to coming back here because of the friendliness, kindness and professionalism of Tracy. Thank you!
- KHKyle HubbardNov 10, 20251.0Rooms are decent, we had a large group stay for a nearby tournament. The front desk staff was extremely rude and constantly had an attitude with everyone in our group. Other staff were very nice, however the “manager” if that’s what she is, shouldn’t work in hospitality. For a town hosting a large tournament every year, we will ensure to recommend to the tournament directly that this hotel should be removed from the list.
