  I asked for a bagel in the evening and we told no. This is wrong. I’m staying here 6 days. I was hungry.

  My group arrived on November 1st in the evening, check in was smooth and had no issues initially. When we got into the room we realized the door was heavily damaged and could not be opened or closed without making a huge agonizing noise. That was the first red flag but we decided to let it go. When we went down to the front desk in the early hours for a snack the attendant (I did not receive the name) was not helpful at all. He watched us stand at the counter and pick out all the snacks we wanted before letting us know they were cash only, even tho there is a card reader right there and you can use your card for other purchases. We asked if he could charge it to the credit card the room was booked under because we did that last time at this same hotel and he told us we couldn’t do that. We stayed for two nights and by the second night we needed a new roll of toilet paper and when we went to the front desk, the same attendant, acted clueless and we were forced to find the toilet paper ourself. The icing on the cake for me was last night when I called the front desk to ask for a wake up call at 7:30, I could immediately recognize the same gentlemen’s voice we have been having problems with over the phone tell us he will do it, I woke up the next morning at 9:00am very late for what I had to do today. I’m overall very displeased with how me and my group were treated at this hotel, specifically by this attendant, I felt like a bother every time I needed something that should already be provided no questions asked. Please do better best western I know you can maybe better consider employees you’ve hired recently.

  If your looking for a pretty calm off the main road hotel, I recommend this hotel. I got in easily, parking is right up front, the front desk guy was nice, quick, and strains to the point, while cracking a few jokes. The room was clean, no bugs, or BS. Bathroom had not towels not just re-used, beds are soft also. When I put the private sign on the door I was not disturbed 1 time during my 1 week stay for work training. I dont like hotels and always assume its going to be a bad experience. IF you're like me, you'll be ok here lol. This place is ok in my book.

  Chill on the air fresheners. Makes me think you're covering up the corpse of a dead body or something. Room was fine. The pool is fine. Breakfast is fine. The smell everywhere in the hotel though was...a lot.
