  Location was clean and the rooms were maintained. Internet connection was also stable. I would stay here again. I travel a lot and this was a clean one. My room was very spacious, tvs were nice and I didn't feel gross when I sat down.

  *Buyer Beware* Hotel Trap! The room 116 was beat up big scratches on door frames, plumber tape showing in shower, bathtub was dirty. The window sill was moldy and black, Floors are very worn, water damaged corner with shoddy plastered coverup, bed was uncomfortable, Jason the guy working was super nice and went above and beyond for us getting more pillows for the bed. You can tell he really cares about his checked in customers. There is a microwave and decent sized refrigerator, a steam cleaner for clothes, coffee maker with 2 complimentary bottles of water. I think the room was overpriced I was charged 84 bucks for a 50 dollar room. To top it off they have low flow toilets. I don't know what the hotel star rate is I would say maybe 2 stars. The indoor pool was not in service. Want biscuits and gravy well they didn't have any. I picked the hotel for the good breakfast that other reviews spoke about they must have changed because it's a basic breakfast now, pretty much the same as everyone else nothing special. Now the bed was better looking than it was, I was unable to get any rest in the room the bed was not comfortable. I got zero sleep and while I got here because I have a funeral to attend I feel exhausted and have to suffer through the rest of my day because of this hotel trap. I absolutely do not recommend staying here. The people here are great but the room is not. I did complain about the room but I think their policy is to trap guests they get your money and no matter what happens you never get a discount or refund, so yes I felt scammed staying here. ***BUYER BEWARE*** the upside is I have nearly 3 million views of my reviews so my loss is your gain, you now know where Not to stay. I will be contacting the Best Western Corporate Franchise Group to make them aware how this hotel is using their name while providing substandard quality.

  Really solid choice in Kokomo. Good location in a quiet area and nice updates to this property combined with friendly and comfortable service and a great rate make this one of my favorites. I got upgraded to a suite without asking. The room was large and nicely appointed, granite counters, 2 TV's, good towels. Very clean property. It was a last minute stop and I got a rate of $76 w/tax from a 3rd party. Overall a great value.
