  Rooms and hallways need updating, bathrooms felt very old. Staff was friendly. Lots of popular food and drink options within 5 minute drive, but none walkable. There seemed to be quite a few non-guests hanging around outside at night. No problems occurred, but the vibe wasn't favorable.

  Front desk Latoya was very knowledgeable and professional. She was kind in her delivery to help me with directions to the hotel and the areas around the hotel. She also immediately came to my hotel room to assist me with my TV. Dana was in training and very attentive. Housekeeping Jackie made sure I had everything I needed for my stay at the hotel. They are exactly what hotel need to represent their business. The hotel is very clean and smells amazing. It's newly renovated too! Many amenities, pool, community washer/dryer, in room clothes steamer, soft drinks and coffee in the lobby. I recommend this hotel in this area! Beware of Expedia, they tried to charge $50 more than the Best Westen's rate!

  I’ve been here in 2 different yrs recently and every time they’ve gone out of their way to help. The beds are very comfy and everything is spotless. Unfortunately it is next door to an old Baymont Inn that’s horrible looking but I’ve never felt unsafe or concerned as a single lady. Do yourself a favor and contact them directly for reservations. Because they’re more accommodating than those stupid 3rd party companies.

  I had a wonderful stay at this Best Western! Jason at front desk was amazing!! A week before I spoke with him about my reservation and he was very helpful then when I came in to check in the third party I booked through screwed up on their end where they send my reservation and Jason went above and beyond to try and find my reservation even walking over to Baymont! He helped me out so much and appreciated him making the stressful moment so much easier!! Thank you! The room was very clean also and breakfast was delicious! Thank you to all of the staff for an amazing visit!!

  Location was clean and the rooms were maintained. Internet connection was also stable. I would stay here again. I travel a lot and this was a clean one. My room was very spacious, tvs were nice and I didn't feel gross when I sat down.
