I checked into this hotel and within 5 min of arriving in my room I was completely and utterly grossed out. The bed had pillows that were so small they looked years old. The bed did not look like it was freshly re-made. The room smelled like vape which is was not pleasant. I went to the bathroom and as I’m sitting there a roach runs by so I smash it and flush it. I refuse to stay any where with roaches as we know they multiple. I go to the front deck and tell the girl I cannot stay here AND WHY. She asks did you take a picture of it. I said no I flushed it after I smashed it. Now I realize I should if snapped one. She said she ran my card already so she can’t change it because it’s through booking.com. By the way NEVER use Booking.com.! So I called booking.com after I left within 15 min of being there and they say you have to talk to the hotel manager. So I call every day for 5 days and tell the front desk lady have the manager call me and here’s my number. She said she is out of town at a conference. So now I e-mail upon arriving home and I get one back saying please contact me. I call and e-mail and I still have no response with a charge of $1089 on my charge card for an 8 day stay in a hotel I left within 15 min. She refuses thus far to respond to me. It is independently owned I find out. The hotel is in bad shape. DO NOT STAY HERE unless you absolutely have to. I’m going to continue to fight this until it is resolved.

Very limited lighting in the room, bed was hard as a rock. Breakfast average. There was an awful smell about halfway down the hallway. The screen on window is broke.

My husband and I stayed there for 3 nights and it was wonderful! Very clean, employees very friendly! The cleanest and up to date hotel we have ever stayed in!! Thank you
