  There is no better place to stay then here. Super clean and fully updated. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great (coffee is freshly ground with each cup). Then the location is superb! You are close to several great restaurants.

  I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Jeffersonville and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The air conditioning and fan in our room did not work at all, which made the room extremely uncomfortable. When we reported the issue, no one came to fix it, and instead we were given an industrial fan. While I appreciate that they tried to offer a solution, the fan was incredibly loud—so much so that it made it difficult to relax or sleep. It felt like a temporary fix rather than a real attempt to resolve the problem. Overall, the lack of urgency in addressing a basic comfort issue like air conditioning, especially in a hotel setting, was frustrating. I expected better service and responsiveness. I hope management takes steps to improve maintenance response times and guest accommodations in the future.

  We booked this hotel on our way back from Fl to Mi. We got in much later because of traffic and the whole staff was really nice. The rooms are nice and clean. We loved the commentary breakfest and the pool was nice for a hotel this size.

  The location is great, right off of I65 with many restaurants close by. We arrived at 9:50 pm on February 28, 2026. There was hair on the bathroom floor and in the shower. The glass shower door will not stay closed so water goes onto the floor and the refrigerator doesn’t get cold. The attendant taking care of the breakfast area was very nice, friendly and maintained the breakfast area with hot food with a smile. We did report to front desk when we checked out and she said she would notify housekeeping and maintenance. We were dissatisfied with our stay.
