It’s a good idea to boycott properties that are owned by foreign entities. They don’t exercise the same form of professionalism as American owned companies in this Holiday Inn is not owned by an American. Boycott this property

The staff stated it was as the heat was on full blast, they was no heat. Its Dec turn the dang heat on or stop advertising heated pool. Within 2 hours of being here they are out of pool towels. Seriously no towels requested additional towels for our suite I can give you 1 its a suite that sleeps 6. We literally had 2 bath towels 2 wash clothes and you give me 1 additional towel. This place is the worst.

On the 2nd night, I was awaken by itching all over my body. When I looked at my bed there it was. BED BUGS!! I went immediately down to the Front Desk where the staff offered to switch rooms and give us credit points. They were very nice but they informed me the issue had to be escalated to Corporate. The rest of the night I slept in a chair. My hand, finger tips, toes, both arms and legs are covered with bites. I rode 9hrs home itching the whole way. Had to go to Urgent care to get oral And topical medication. Have missed 2 days of work and has Not slept in my bed at home for past 2 nights. Traumatized!!! Still waiting for them to contact me ...Never Again.
