    Hilton Garden Inn Jeffersonville Louisville North was a massive disappointment, primarily due to abysmal service and cleanliness. During our four-day stay, we repeatedly requested room service/housekeeping. It never happened. Not once. No cleaning, no fresh towels, no restocking of basic items. We ran out of nearly everything and had to personally ask staff just to get essentials—hardly the level of service expected from a Hilton-branded property. Cleanliness was equally unacceptable. The shower contained large, obvious hairs, making it clear the room had not been properly cleaned before we arrived—or during our entire stay. And then there’s the view. “Breathtaking” might apply if you’re breathless from disappointment. It was nothing like what one would reasonably expect and certainly not worth mentioning as a selling point. This hotel trades on the Hilton name without delivering Hilton standards. Poor service, questionable hygiene, and zero follow-through. We will not be returning, and I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

    Rooms clean and looked new. Staff was friendly. Restaurant was nice. Good experience, I would stay again.

    Very great hotel in the jeffersonville Indiana area, cheap and didn’t have any problems. Room was clean, very quiet. Would visit again.

    I know it happens. I spent at least 3 hours of my night trying to not think about bugs in my room. Victor was there for me when I needed to get someone to come up and take care or the bugs. At least they weren't bed bugs. Found two in my bed and all around the room. Victor your a great guy I really enjoyed you letting me vent and talk . Hope to meet you again. Ty sir. Hope your maintenance guy was not to horrified with the bugs.lol Suggestion. Go get some screen and hot glue and pull the front of the ac units off and install them this will stop the bugs from comming in the room. Great day all that wasn't all of them just the first hr

    The hotel itself was beautiful, but the service was so disappointing that what could have been a 5-star stay dropped to 1 star. After driving over five hours straight, my family and I were in desperate need of a hotel. My husband was greeted with attitude, received short and curt responses, and was met with unwillingness to accommodate—just demanding behavior—when asking for basic information. When my daughter and I joined him, the representative side-eyed us and simply nodded, with no smile or friendly greeting. As Hilton Honors members, we expected far better service. The disrespect and unkind attitude completely overshadowed the hotel’s beauty. Very disappointing and unlikely to return.
