    First holiday inn where no early check in was available 30 min prior to check in time. So every room gets done at the exact same time? Or someone had a bad day and didn’t want to check Diamond members in early. Stay in holiday inns weekly for years/ never had this happen before

    Nice location, pleasant entry smell with nice decor. Front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. The simple things of a hotel stay is all that is expected. Things like: clean bed free of hair that is not yours with fresh sheets, faucet that's securely placed, a microwave that has been cleaned of burnt popcorn smell and decently clean carpet. These were things were not received is the room provided. No need complaining, eventhough the stay is not free...just raises anxiety level and takes away from the day, the real reason one may be there. Make the best of what's not received of your expectations. In reality, one knows what that' ll get when they make the choice. Sleep to fight another day!!

    Service personnel were nice and apologetic. We had ants in the room when we first arrived. They came up and replaced the sheets on the bed where we saw the ants. They also sprayed bug killer. They would have offered another room but the place was booked with sports team families. Maybe that is how this place survives. It appears that the owner doesn’t invest in maintenance, just poor patches. We had some of the same issues others have stated: Sagging curtain rods don’t keeping shower curtains closed Dirty room with bugs Tub finish was peeling The elliptical machine at the fitness room didn’t work There was a hair dryer bag in the bathroom but no dryer Finishes were rusty and wallpaper sagging in corners To reiterate, staff were nice, but this place screams lack of attention from from owners and no real investment in the property at the guest room level.

    Very nice staff! Room was comfortable and decent size for cost. Walk-in shower was nice. Free breakfast was decent. Cinnamon rolls were great!

    Edit to add: manager called me directly. Offered an apology and heard me out. Offered to make remedies to make it right. This shows great leadership and professionalism. Unfortunately there are parents who are not appropriate nor good examples to their children. I very much appreciated this phone call, a plan to remedy it, and how positively this manager spoke about his staff. Well done and thank you. A party was being had downstairs. Obnoxious teens screaming, parents drunk at the pool. Managers did absolutely nothing after numerous complaints. Paid for 2 rooms, never used 1 room since it wasn't adjoining. Had to contact the police, looked for other rooms but there were no hotels nearby with openings. Manager refused to speak to me that evening then apologized and offered $10,000 points.......cost over 100,000. Absolutely the worst night. After the parents walked their drunk self upstairs, kids were running around like elephants. Extremely disrespectful. We are military, move everywhere, have young kids, and this was by far the worst night we've ever had at a hotel due to the guests but then to be treated by the manager like we were made it worse. A party was being had downstairs. Obnoxious teens screaming, parents drunk at the pool. Managers did absolutely nothing after numerous complaints.
