- AGAlexis González5 days ago3.0Had to get out of car and move a shopping cart to even be able to get into the parking lot. Paint chipped off bathroom walls. Pancake machine broken, no bacon, not the signature cheesy omelet eggs but crusty fake scrambled eggs. Felt like a let down compared to all past Holiday Inn Express experiences. Only one of the two elevators was working.

When contacting the hotel I just keep getting the run around saying the general manager is not available! Received receipt and email asking me to review but no one can give me an answer on my deposit money!
- SCSteven CannonApr 7, 20264.0Was here for the Final Four tournament. Was a pretty nice hotel. Our room was a bit on the small side. I only have really two complaints. One of the elevators didn't work and getting to the hotel was a bit of a pain cause of the median in front of it. Hotel staff were nice and friendly. Overall a pretty good place.
- CCChrisApr 3, 20262.0My wife, two kids and I just stayed here this past Tuesday thru Thursday. We're normally impressed with Holiday Inns but not the case with this one. Room had a musty smell and pool was disgusting (see attached photos) and water was extremely cold. Our kids' favorite part is swimming when on vacation and this pool was a serious let down. Nothing like in the photos when we booked our stay. Also, one of the two elevators was out of service making wait times to get an elevator long at times. Needless to say, we won't be staying at this Holiday Inn ever again. Only positive thing of our stay was the nice gentleman who prepared breakfast each morning. He was extremely nice and talkative. Not great if you're not a morning person but we enjoyed speaking with him! Location is kind of a pain to get into the parking lot but not the hotels fault I guess.
