I stayed at this hotel on 1/7 and my room had bed bugs. I got bit around 15 or more times some of which were on my face. At around 4 am I informed the front desk and since I was only staying 1 night, said I would go ahead and check out. She assured me the manager would call me when he was in, in a few hours. That never happened. I followed up around 2pm that day only to be told he had left for the day but the front desk was “pretty sure he was going to refund my stay” and again, assured me I would get a call in the morning. That AGAIN never happened. Not as much as a phone call with an apology. I showed the front desks the photo of the bug I found as well as photos of my bites which as I mentioned are pretty severe and in various areas all over my body. I think I am owed more than just a free stay but can’t get anyone to contact me. I had to throw away several personal items because I was afraid of bringing the bugs home to my family. Horrible, and very disappointing experience.

Employee by the name of Ivana Golden I believe she said was apparently drunk out of her mind upon my arrival. Me and my wife pulled up saw her hanging out the car she was exiting as she was coming in to work.. on top of smelling and apparently slurring words when approached.. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL and you guys need to do better when staffing these people specially front desk! If I could give 0 stars I would unfortunately! NEVER going back to this location and to think this is near the Fort you’d guys would have better trained employees welcoming guest! 👎🏾👎🏾 “Ivana Golden” she said her name was!

Went to check in and was told to stand outside in the freezing cold, until they could check me in. For no apparent reason I was locked out the front door until the receptionist confirmed my booking. Receptionist was very rude and will be the reason I NEVER BOOK HERE AGAIN. At the time of this incident it is 20 below outside with a wind advisory in affect. Temperature feels like 12 degrees. Once I was in the door and asked the receptionist why was that done that way he could give me no answer. Will be reporting him to corporate tommorow morning. As a diamond member I have never seen such a thing and would like to no if that is corporate policy or not.

A young lady If I remember right I believe her name was Ivy she was so sweet and bubbly! I was coming out of town from Texas for a funeral but she showed genuine compassion and concern she made my visit better. My room was comfortable warm and smelled good. Thank you !!
