- BABrooke Ann1 day ago3.0Checked in with Marina who was unfriendly, unwelcoming, and unprofessional. She didnt say hello or anything, just asked for ID. When I asked which door was closest to our room for parking she gestured to a side door. That door wouldnt open. So I came back inside with my family and all our bags and let her know the door wasnt opening. She told me that door only opens with an employee badge. So I asked why she told me to enter via that door and she said thats not the door she said. Apparently she was pointing to a rear door but that was not clear. She made no effort to be helpful or kind in any way. First impressions are everything, our interaction with Marina was lacking. The room was clean, breakfast was decent, location was quiet. Our interaction with all other staff was pleasant. Its worth noting Marina was pleasant when other staff were present. Funny how that works. I surely hope management takes feedback seriously and offers Marina training.
- SVSequoia Ventress6 days ago4.0We traveled a straight shot from AZ to Indiana, we got here round 9am, our check in wasn’t till 3 but they had a room available for us to check in right away! The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was pretty good. The rooms could have been cleaned better as dirt and handprints were on the mirrors and walls. I noticed two cross marks on the headboard when I was cleaning our room and thought that was pretty weird. I did get a rash on my chest and face from the towels so bought our own. The overall experience was a good one and still would be back.
