- AAAdam ANov 9, 20254.0Very nice location and very nice staff. The ac and heat was giving the staff some issues when we stayed with work. My room was very clean and comfortable once the ac was fixed. I didn’t know there was a problem. Staff is top notch there and enjoyed the stay.

The maintenance guy was out of office and Alex got on the phone with him and did what he could for me. Thats excellent customer service! After troubleshooting the unit and confirming something was wrong, Alex changed me rooms and made sure the new room was comfortable. Additionally, he also made sure to move me as close to my old room as possible to make the process easier and helped me carry my luggage. The hotel gave me Hilton points and some market vouchers for the inconvenience. Its not the best Tru I've stayed at, but for the customer service, I give the hotel 5 stars. Continental breakfast is good. Parking is cheap compared to the other hotels. The only downside to the the location is it is a 10-20 min walk to go to any of the restraunts/bars. There are Lyft scooters everywhere though. Gainbridge Stadium is about a 15 min walk as well. Go Fever!
