Had a 5 night stay at this hotel. It met all my expectations. The breakfast - though a mid size buffet provided all you needed for a good breakfast. I like the fact they allowed my freind to park at the garage free though for 2 nights. The rooms were super clean. Had a great night city view from my room. Toiletries were more than enough, and I like the big screen TV in the room. This was close to the Lucas stadium, luckily my stay didn’t coincide with a match. So it was quiet. The location is some walking distance from other pubs and restaurant but you will find one around the corner. I will stay here again if I find my self in central Indianapolis though it’s far away from the nearest bus stop.

We reserved for Monday night football game. Its a 3 minute walk to Verizon entrance at Lucas Stadium.Parking even in the garage was chaos for $30. You shouldn't leave once you arrive. Im disabled so walking for a bite to eat was a no and leaving in my car absolutely not. Our room was 86° when we arrived and couldn't not get it cooled off ( i also have severe) hotflashes. They moved us to a different room but further away from elevator. Rooms are basic but comfortable and clean. No coffee in the rooms. They did give us a couple of vouchers for the snacks/drinks downstairs, but we only ended up using 1. *Guest Reps were amazing * I had no idea that 1 night with parking and $4.95 for streaming internet would come to $384.95, considering that room lists for $142. This is ridiculous for our comfort of stay. I accidentally left my cold pack for my back and apparently it got sent down the laundry shoot instead of lost and found and I would need to approximately 4 days and call back. Check out definitely not convenient for the disabled . *We were credited $76 for tossed property and room inconvenience. Thank you for that

My wife and I booked a room at this hotel for the Colts game on December 22nd at a cost of $384 which included an additional $30 for parking. The room we were assigned was 86 degrees and would not cool off. After contacting the front desk about the issue a maintenance tech finally came and checked the unbit which he said had just been replaced that day. He offered to get us a fan and I told him we could not sleep in a room that hot and requested to be moved. They finally assigned us another room about 2 hours later. Additionally, my wife who is disabled accidently left her medical ice pack in the freezer when we checked put. I contacted the hotel lter that day and asked them to get it from the room so I could come pick it up. After they checked with house keeping they told me one of the cleaners said she put the item down the dirty laundry shoot and they could not find it. It's unacceptable that hotel staff would take a guest personal peroperty and throw it down a dirty laundry shoot rather than turn it in to the desk for lost & found. Being a long term reward member who tend to stay at this hotel chain when traveling for wor. I am now considering never staying at the chains hotel again. You would think for nearly $400 for a one night stay, you would get top tear service and treatment.ton indianapolis downtown google reviews and ratings
