  Took my children there as a Christmas gift cause they wanted to stay at a hotel with a indoor pool. Was very disappointed when I walked into a room the I paid almost 700 plus parking every night per car which I had 2 but to go into my room to find Blood on not 1 but 3 of my pillows and cases. Let the guy who works ar night time know and he laughs at me. Manager said he would refund me my whole parking fees etc plus more for their dirtyness and I've not received my deposit not parking nor refund for my room and everytime priceline calls the lady in front says Manager is not there. Every morning. Would NOT recommend to stay here

  Very nice stay. Came into town for the Colts Jags game. Hotel was literally right next to the stadium. Parking was on site even after check out for the game. Staff was really friendly and the room was clean and well appointed. Full kitchen made it easy to cook. Definitely recommended

  Be carefull when you stay here, your account might be charged another time!! Asking for a 5 star rating for a stay i've never booked, never stayed at this place, never had an answer back on any emails. Only thing they can do is deduct 16.000points. Reservation made in the middle of the night for a stay the same night. Paid for with my points. Someone elses credit card shows as on file, but not charged. Multiple email sent to both the hotel directly, as well as IHG reservations, no reply at all, zero, nada. Still waiting for the points back in the account UPDATE The Hotel did reply, but by now, removed the reply. It's very simple: Wecannot do anything about it. Here's what has happened, and not the nonsense story made up by the hotel to cover their failures. Someone walks in in the hotel asks for a room, tried to linkn their IHG account, copy the wrong number by the check-in staff and charged the IHG account. Mine. They take a credit card on File, ending on 8645, But fail to charge the person who actually stayed. Even though the hotel is informed that the charge is made to someone elses IHG account They check someone in in the hotel, but fail to check the IHG account vs. the persons ID vs. the persons creditcard name Never stayed here, and with this experience, probably will leave IHG completely

  Came here for a mini get away from home and i definitely will be back. Room was great, the heater started to make some russling noises over night and when I let them know in the morning by the time we came back maintenance had already took care of the loud noise. Pool and hot was a huge plus! Got to relax while my kid was on the pool right next to me. They have a gazebo and a nice fire place. Employees have been great the whole stay. Lobby and dining area very pretty. Merry Christmas 🎁 🎄 to the staff. Thank you guys for a great stay.

  While it has a good location, nice beds, pretty clean. I have stayed in a lot of hotels and for $510 dollars for one night you think they could have a working bathroom fan that didn’t scream, a working shower door that actually closed, and replace the crusted up shower head that barely had water coming out maybe once a year or so. Good breakfast, above average. Also didn’t care for the builder in North Star (nightlight) that is built into the outlet in the room.
