  We had a family trip to this city over the weekend and checked into the hotel around 10 PM. The staff informed us that there were no double-bed rooms available for change (but the online system showed four unsold rooms?). We were assigned a room on the second floor that faced the high-ceiling lobby on the first floor. We could hear other guests checking in during the night. In the morning, when everyone started having breakfast, the noise from conversations and dining made it impossible for us to sleep. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with this stay. The front desk staff offered a late checkout, but that doesn't compensate for the inconvenience caused to our family trip with two young children who couldn't get a good night's rest. Moreover, a late checkout means we would delay our scheduled plans for that day. We left after breakfast, and the staff promised to report to the manager (who wouldn't return until Monday?), but I haven't received any response. I hope to remind everyone that if you get such a room type, please request a change immediately; otherwise, you will endure a difficult night.

  Overall the hotel was great. Great room and great service. We were able to walk to Lucas Oil Stadium. Yes I was there with my 9yo grandson, but my biggest gripe was how other kids acted. The breakfast area was a zoo with kids running around unsupervised. Too many kids in the hot tub when adults are in there.

  We came for Monster Jam. This hotel is right next to Lucas Oil Stadium. Room were clean and spacious. Breakfast was good with tons of options. Front desk staff were terrible, rude and noninformative on anything. $25 to park on property which is a joke. Dont tell me that $25 isnt already factored into the room rate. Anyway to squeeze a dime out of someone. We would come back, but ditch the parking fee BS!

  I work at the Indiana University Indianapolis campus. Im on the snow team and decide that instead of driving home in the snow storm I'd stay close to campus. It snowed 14 inches in 24 hours.Your staff was very accommodating to my needs and did not hesitate to help. The location is extremely warm and welcoming. The location is extremely clean and very quiet. The cleaning staff where very friendly and helpful and the breakfast food was delicious. I will return in the future just because of how friendly everyone was. This location deserves high recognition for how they treat their guest. Everyone seemed to take pride in making me feel welcomed and at home. Thank you again for the hospitality and making 3 nights away from home pleasant and relaxing Thank you and extremely good job.
