Very nice hotel, extremely accommodating staff. Shiv checked us in and was so helpful and kind. The double room with pull out couch and kitchenette was very nice. Enough space for parents and 2 teens. TV’s were nice, shampoo/body wash/lotion were Dove brand and actually pretty decent. The breakfast was amazing and in room coffee pot actually worked!

We've stayed here several times while participating in the Indianapolis Monumental Marathon. Each time the rooms have been great, the service excellent and friendly, and the location makes downtown very accessible. Highlights include the pool/hot tub and fitness area; the delicious breakfast with a wide variety of hot food, and fresh fruit. Parking is a bit of an issue, and navigating the busy one-way streets requires a bit of an adjustment. This is always our first choice to stay at when going to Indianapolis.

Stayed here for 1 night for the jonas brothers concert. The room was very clean and spacious for a suite, had a very comfortable bed, nice living room area with bar in kitchen. As other have stated parking is a fee of 20 somewhat dollars which is inconvenient, but stated on their website and booking websites. What I was most disappointed with was the front desk staff and service on Sunday, called to check to see if we could check in earlier than 3pm and was greeted very bluntly with "maybe call back in am hour and we are all out of early check-ins". Don't get me wrong if something isn't available that's fine, but when I pay 155 dollars for a room a night at a 3-star hotel I expect at least a level of professionalism and courtesy not the blunt answers and tone I recieved. My girlfriend then called to ask for an extra pillow which one again was met with a blunt check in your closet for one (which there was not one) after which she did not want to call back for one or go get one. When I spend my hard earned money to stay at a hotel I expect better and so should staybridge. Rant aside the breakfast was wonderful with so many offerings (eggs, cubed potatoes, and sausage could of been a little better... Also before leaving we tried to swim and soak in the pool and hot tub. The pool was spacious and had the perfect temperature. Unfortunately the hot tub was not heated, but I did notify the front desk person who was years more professional and a joy to deal with. The issue was fixed, but not in enough time before our checkout. Maybe earlier and later hours for the pool area would be nice at well. I loved the room and the area, but service being a mixed bag makes me hesitant to want to stay here again...

By no means am I bashing Staybridge because this is usually our go to hotel no matter what city or state but this location and don’t get me wrong because we have stayed at this location plenty of times because it’s next to the stadium but on Oct 25th we checked in and got to our room on the first floor, the first thing we noticed was that there was a mess in the hallway right by our room because of a leak coming from another floor in the building so we get in the room and noticed that this isn’t the room that we normally book I go in the bathroom and noticed that this is a handicap room so immediately my fiancé go back to the front desk and stated that we didn’t ask for this room the desk clerk stated that we did ask for it! She had a nasty attitude in the beginning anyway but after the back and forth she did move us to a better room and it was on the 7th floor facing Lucas Oil!!! But other than that our stay was great!
