  Far and away the best hotel I've stayed at. Wonderful staff, helpful with anything I needed. Luxury room on the seventh floor with a great view of downtown Indianapolis. Highly recommend staying here on your next visit!

  Amazing hotel in the heart of Indianapolis. Great view of monument circle. The staff was absolutely amazing 😃. The decor and architecture of the building are absolutely beautiful. The rooftop bar is incredible. The restaurant has outstanding food and drinks. Highly recommend 💚💯💯

  Stayed here for 2 nights, came into town to see Les Misérables. Best welcome amenity we've had in a long time. Great upgrade to a very nice 1 bedroom suite. Very centrally located in downtown Indy, a very walkable city, very flat. They have a fantastic rooftop bar you can watch the sunset from. Breakfast was very nice. Everyone there was extremely helpful, including Quinton and Russell. Would love to go back for another musical and stay there again.

  Amazing location with wonderful views from the rooms and rooftop deck. Every receptionist we met or asked questions from was so kind and attentive! Leah was fantastic. The rooms are beautifully done and felt impeccably clean. The showers are some of the best in the city with a water softener that leaves your skin refreshed. Definitely a plus! The main lobby area is very elegant and comfortable. The hotel seems the perfect space for corporate events and weddings, with its location and parking garage directly next door being ideal for easy access to everything. I wish there had been a tad more attention to the Gothic European design and style of the original building when doing the renovations, but that’s just the picky designer in me. haha Overall incredibly well done with top-quality hotel staff. We will stay here again!

  My partner and I flew to Indianapolis for our anniversary and easily -I must say this is one of the top current hotels in the Midwest. The preservation of the historic building is breathe-taking. From the architectural finishes to the artwork, we were speechless. I cannot even begin to describe the staff! Tiffany made our day extremely special by surprising us with delicious sweets, custom cards, and wine! Not to mention she is such a joy to speak with and truly caring of each guest. Luxury is not about excess, it is about effortless excellence, intentional detail, and emotional resonance. Her confident and frictionless service certainly differentiates this property from others. On top of that, we enjoyed the brunch menu at Serliana. Recommend by Tiffany and the food itself did not disappoint! I find it unique how the signature restaurant doubles as a social hub, working space, or elegant space for intimate gatherings. True luxury lies in understated mastery and the InterContinental Indianapolis embodies this.
