  One of my best hotel stays in a very long time, and I stay in hotel rooms 100+ nights a year. This has to be one of the best hotels in Indianapolis. The room was beyond comfortable - everything to make you feel at home plus more. The bed was heavenly, the blackout curtain made it possible to forget the time of day. And the service - everyone was beyond friendly and service focused. The lobby restaurant provides the perfect place to escape the noise of the city while enjoying a quiet meal and a glass of wine. An absolutely ideal place to stay while in town for work, visiting for a weekend escape, or just a night away from the kids.

  Dinner at the InterContinental Indianapolis, particularly at the sophisticated Serliana on the second floor, was a standout highlight of our night. I thoroughly enjoyed the Cajun salmon pasta, which featured perfectly cooked fish in a rich, boldly spiced sauce that had just the right amount of kick. My daughter was equally impressed with her meal, opting for the refined Filet Mignon Beef Tartare—impeccably prepared with truffle aioli—and a side of their velvety, decadent mashed potatoes. Between the elegant atmosphere overlooking Monument Circle and the top-tier service, it was a truly memorable dining experience for both of us.

  Everything about this hotel is top-notch. I cannot say enough good things. I first stayed here over the summer with a good friend when we were in town to see a show. As frequent travelers, we were beyond impressed with every aspect of our stay; the service, food, rooms, etc., were absolutely amazing. I just booked a group of rooms for myself and friends this upcoming weekend, and I can't wait to return. If you're looking for the best hotel in Indianapolis, look no further!

  A Christmas trip to the city is our family’s newest yearly tradition. With two small kids (2 years and 6 months) we were looking for an upscale hotel close to family friendly attractions and the Intercontinental was just that. There was a Santa on the circle just steps outside the hotel that my son loved and the lights from the Soldier and Sailor monument got everyone in the Christmas spirit. The hotel amenities were wonderful and they left us the sweetest welcome gift complete with chocolate chip cookies for our son and a new book.

  The hotel was beautiful. It was less than one year old. We ate breakfast or brunch in the restaurant most mornings. The food was very good. Everyone in the hotel was super friendly and accommodating. Our room was very comfortable with great beds and a fantastic shower.
