I’m a Hilton Honors member and I’m actually staying in a Hilton Hotel in another part of Indianapolis for next three days. I dropped my mom at a medical appointment in this part of town and I needed to do a Zoom call and I assumed that a fellow Hilton would allow me to sit in the lobby and conduct a Zoom call. I asked politely at the desk and two employees told me it was fine. after an hour I was asked to leave and told it was because I was not staying at this particular Hilton. It was bizarre. No one else was in the lobby the entire time I was there. Hilton Indianapolis does not have any interest in helping guests unless THAT IMMEDIATE PROPERTY is directly profiting. I travel a lot for work. This hotel is great marketing - FOR MARRIOTT. Never will I stay at an Indianapolis Hilton again.

I would give zero stars if I could. The property is incredibly run down, and the property has exterior doors to the suites. My digital key didn't work upon arrival, and after checking with the front desk twice after receiving physical key cards that also didn't work, I was told to wait for maintenance outside our room. I sat outside in the Indiana August heat for 20 minutes waiting for maintenance who never came to our room, and I was only let in because I flagged down a hotel staff member going to another room. The second night my physical key card didn't work again, so I had to go back to the front desk. This time I made someone follow me to the room, and discovered it had been broken into and my property had been stolen and items moved. A manager was not available that night, it was after 9:30pm, I packed up and left. As a solo traveling female with YEARS of experience with Hilton across the United States this has never happened to me, I no longer felt safe on property. While the front desk staff was very nice, they had no ability to fix most of the issues, including refunding my stay that evening. Police report was filed the next morning. While I was in the lobby I heard several other guests who couldn't access their rooms so something is very wrong with this property. I have yet to receive a callback from Hilton or a refund.
