While on the phone they admitted to overbooking and they said that we had the luxury of not being charged a cancelation fee all because a debit card was used instead of a credit card with booking.com and that it goes against their reservation policy. We booked about 2 months prior. It took 5 attempts to even get someone on the phone

Upon arrival after our designated check in time they told us the rooms weren’t ready due to staff issues and the cleaning crew not being finished. After returning and SOMEHOW finding a parking spot in all of their limited capacity we decided to go up to our room but instead of being able to go up in the elevator in the parking ramp we had to venture down to the lobby and then up and over to our room. So for our 3 day night stay the entirety of the 2 hotels they service had one functioning elevator. To top it off nobody enforces their quiet times, they had a youth ministry or some other religious group there that they just allowed to run the show around there. Rooms are VERY small picture a maybe 12x12 room with two queen beds and a door to a small bathroom they could say something on limited space but the other half dozen or so rooms I’ve gotten DT Indy have been more than comfortable with the same amount of space. Do yourself a favor if you’re booking for more than two people look for one of the three down the road next to Lucas Oil Stadium. Same price and more than double the amount of space. Bad choice of hotel.

Only because I overheard from one of the staff that "some breakfast items are on 2nd floor), did I know about their whereabouts. We always use their waffle irons, so I felt I should call this out. The mystery was why the attached Hampton Inn needed 4 waffle irons. They should at least have a sign to tell guests.
- SMSteven ManduranoSep 19, 20251.0Be cautious. Customer service is appalling. I was checked in by a manager that even though HE looked at my ID he did not confirm the spelling of my last name. When I went to log in to the Wifi I was unable to. I called the front desk but apparently they turn their phone to busy when they have multiple check-ins (as confirmed by the associate on duty) so I trekked back down to get help. TV did not work. I changed rooms. Business Center is a bust. Both computers do not work and even though they have USB ports, Hilton does not allow. Then, Wifi issues again. Team is not on their game and they do not lead with forward-thinking customer service.
