- JSJam SmithFeb 1, 20265.0Great service! Me and another downtown nurse had to stay because of the bad weather. The price was fair since they had a “winterstorm promotion”! It was so close to the main hospitals and next to IUPUI! It felt very safe. The parking garage definitely could have used more lighting to feel more safe. But once you stepped into the hotel it felt safe. Accessibility was pretty good as well! Ramps were available! There are tons of amenities. There is a pool and gym. A little snack shop. The doors are locked at certain times. Check in was fast and simple. The rooms were MASSIVE! The biggest I have ever booked! It was so nice because it came with a full kitchen and supplies! The showers were hot! Rooms were clean! It seemed like a quiet hotel. Check out was simple too. Chris was super helpful! The breakfast was yummy. Had lots of options. Definitely recommend the hotel. Only downside I didn’t realize parking in the garage costs $40. Only downside.

The room was nice and clean but there was not any shampoo or conditioner when we got into the. Shower. They did bring it once told but it was a bummer as we had already taken a shower once. It was not all bad the staff was super nice and the location is clean. Would go back but will need to check the shampoo prior to jumping in the shower.
