Our Homewood Suites hotel in downtown Indianapolis is an upscale, all-suite hotel that is designed with comfortable accommodations for both business and leisure travelers staying for a few days or a few weeks. All suites feature a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, two-burner stovetop, dishwasher and a dining table large enough for work. My husband and son are in Indianapolis for a basketball combine over the weekend and we picked this hotel to stay because it was near the Pacers. Its also valet only parking. Everything was wonderful until this morning when my husband went to get the car from the valet and they could not locate it? He didn't move it since they checked in yesterday, so that was odd. Turns out, the valet that was working parking last night GAVE OUR CAR TO ANOTHER PERSON STAYING AT THE HOTEL. So our nice long weekend has turned into nothing but stress trying to figure out how to get the rental car back from the person who took it - to Ohio...DO NOT RECOMMEND.

- SSSusan SowderOct 18, 20251.0The noise was horrible after dark. When we contacted the front desk about it we were advised it would quiet down after the bars closed at 3am!!! They did offer to let us change rooms at midnight. Staff were well aware that room 210 was going to be very loud. The pool table aka game room is a joke. The pool table was small, not level, the correct pool balls were missing, and the sticks were messed up. Our suite got extremely hot during the night and could use some TLC. The pool was small and kids had very large outdoor pool toys in it so there wasn’t any room to swim. I would definitely recommend staying somewhere else.

A little crazy but not too crazy to have little kids around...clean hotel with a good breakfast in a prime location with great Valet. Pet friendly at that! Not a great place to take your pet to potty but our girls are small so we made do! Overall FANTASTIC first trip to Downtown Indianapolis to see a Colts game!
- AMAshtin McgregorOct 1, 20255.0I rented this room for a week. Very clean and quiet, but the thing that’ll bring me back is Mrs.Angela. She is the beverage and food server. If you want to feel like you are at home with family this is the person you wanna come and visit while you are at this location. She is an amazing force of positivity and she will make you smile without even trying. I love this location the front desk people are so helpful and understanding, but Miss Angela keeps me wanting to come back because of her hospitality and kindness. I wish I could come here for breakfast every morning just to start my day off with positive vibe that she gives off.
