    Clean, modern rooms. Lots of conveniences. The breakfast was pretty good. It was a make-your-own breakfast sandwich type deal. They also had waffle irons, cereal, oat meal. The sandwiches and oatmeal were both good.

    Recently, my Husband and I stayed here overnight. I stay at A LOT of Hilton properties and, unless it is one I stay at regularly, there is a MAJOR problem 99% of the time! I am allergic to feathers - life threatening ALLERGIC! I put that in the notes when booking and ask for feather removal prior to my arrival. Then, I call the day before arrival - still almost all of the time there is at least one feather pillow in the room! This time, the room was PERFECT!!! Upon arrival, in spite of having checked beforehand, Mark and Jordan insisted upon going to the room before I went to it just to double-check. Throughout the stay, both were professional and attentive. They were also observant. The breakfast bar was more organized than most with plates, cups and utensils being in cubbies instead of just sitting out as usual. Because this isn't the norm, I looked for an item for a second. I mean the time I looked was so short that I was shocked when Mark asked what I needed. There didn't seem to have been time for him to register that I needed something. That is Customer Service! If I have occasion to travel that route again, I will make a point of staying at this Home2Suites again because of the professionalism of Mark and Jordan. Thanks to both of you. You redeemed Hilton because the night before at another Hilton, I got a feather pillow.

    I had a medical test canceled and therefore canceled my hotel stay for the night before by 1pm. Previously I had moved the date, because the test was moved and was told by the desk clerk the dead line was 1 pm. The clerk was rude, did not inform me I would be charged. I called back and asked to talk to the manager, the same rude clerk took my information, but the manager has never called. It's been 4 days. Im a silver member and have been a loyal customer. I will be finding another chain in the future! I have called twice since they left a message here. Still no call back from a manager!!!! If you have issues dont expect any help!!!

    I was visiting a relative, who's there for business. The room was nice, he had to ask for room service, I did't like the sliding bathroom door. The continental breakfast here is good. The set up is different, and I can understand why. The Hilton not far from here rooms are better, but the breakfast is definitely better here. I could return.
