Awful rooms. Window view was a wall and a door, no natural light, creepy. Lighting in rooms even during the day is dark, and dreary. Room phone didn't work, charging portals in nightstand don't work. Stepped on 2 nails and punctured my foot. The trim on wall is carpet, not sanitary. The shampoo & shower gel dispenser both fell off wall and onto my foot. Dispensers have a flimsy adhesive backing. Worst experience ever.

Nice stay, for last minute booking to see the Broadway Michael Jackson Musical. Valet parking was pricey but similar to Chicago when your in the city, could be better marked on how it works.
Room was nice, newly remodeled was on the top floor very end of hall, so quiet restful night. The bed could use a few more pillows otherwise comfortable. Breakfast was alright, nothing wrong with it, just your typical hotel breakfast fare. The hours for the breakfast were short only 6am to 9am, so don't plan on sleeping in. Overall good stay, would use again if in Indy downtown area.

As a Hilton Honors member, I usually rely on the Hilton name for a consistent, high-quality experience. Unfortunately, this stay was a significant departure from the brand standards I’ve come to expect.
The Positives:
Service: The staff was professional and helpful.
Breakfast: Excellent variety and quality—definitely the highlight of each morning.
Location: Perfect for our trip here in Indianapolis.
The Room (Major Maintenance Gaps):
While the service was great, the room condition was unacceptable for a Hilton property. We were placed in a hearing-impaired room, yet the room’s doorbell did not work. As someone who wears hearing aids, I rely on these accessibility features to function properly. For an ADA-equipped room to have a non-functional primary alert is a significant safety and brand failure.
The room maintenance and attention to detail were also poor:
Bedding: The sheets did not fit the mattress properly at all (see photo). They kept pulling back, exposing the mattress and an underlying stain. It felt very unpolished and uncomfortable.
Lighting: One bedside lamp was missing its shade entirely, and the floor lamp was badly tilted/crooked.
Fixtures: The window shades were worn out and difficult to operate.
I hope management uses these photos to address these maintenance gaps. We choose Hilton for the quality assurance that comes with the name, but this property is currently falling short of that promise.

Requested a one-day early checkout and the manager flatly refused. In 15+ years of staying with Hilton, this is a first. I fully understand refund policies, but as a Diamond/Gold member who spends a significant number of nights with Hilton every year, a basic courtesy adjustment shouldn’t be controversial. What made this worse was the refusal to even check me out on the day I actually left, claiming their system ‘doesn’t allow it,’ leaving me with no proof that I vacated the room early. Even if Hilton corporate steps in and refunds the points or charges, this property has permanently lost my business. Poor management, poor service, and an extremely disappointing lack of customer focus. This is not the Hilton experience I’ve come to expect. Thankfully, there are several other Hilton properties nearby that understand what hospitality and loyalty actually mean.
Edit - When I called the number provided in the feedback response, I was routed back to the same management team, who claimed there is no owner handling Google accounts and said they neither responded nor knew what I was referring to, which is even more shameful and disgraceful than the original experience, and frankly unacceptable.
