The location is decent and easy to get to. There is only valet parking at the hotel but nearby parking is available. The employees were very nice and helpful. If you order delivery for any service it may be delivered to the incorrect location. I gave very detailed information and this still happened. However, the young lady at guest services asked a few questions, said wait right here I will be back. Moments later she walks in with my delivery driver and my order. The breakfast is typical for the hilton family. I do like they have the fresh waffle station. My husband said the apple juice was delicious. Maybe because I put it in the freezer while he was getting dressed. The room was very spacious and plenty of lights and plugs. The website photos well represented this. I love the kitchenette set up. There is even a pull out table if you choose to use it. Our bathroom is in need of some attention. The faucet turns in a 190° rotation. The shower sprayed water all over the top of the shower door but I was able to hand tighten the shower head and get that to stop. The shower door squeals with a sound that it is almost unbearable. But inly for the outer door and the inner was not as stable as i think it should be. Also, we never could get the pocket door to close on the bathroom. The hotel was ok, I think our room just had a few issues and need some maintenance love. The location is downtown so don't not expect nice views only buildings, garages, and streets.

See images of room. The hotel is in a good location to access the downtown area. About a 20 min walk to Lucus Oil Stadium. The staff was ok, but frequently not at the front desk. Many items were out about 2/3 through breakfast. The room needs lots of maintenance. You are required to valet your vehicle witch was a $46/ night extra charge.

The hotel is in the midst of renovations, and it needs it. The rooms are worn and missing important amenities. The cost was too much for the quality and amenities

I'm a gold member and we were given an upgraded room without asking. Very appreciative. However, the room was cold (61) and wouldn't heat up. They promptly moved us to another room (same type). The room was as expected and clean. The bathroom doors are hard to close and won't lock. They are very heavy pocket doors with no handles. Wierd but not an issue for us. The free breakfast was exactly what we expect as frequent Hilton guests. I LOVE the OJ. They had separate items to make hot breakfast sandwiches which were good. The place is nice and clean. The staff are very friendly and the location is good (10 minute walk to Gainbridge Fieldhouse in downtown Indy). Valet parking was $46 which I knew going in. No self parking available there. Spot Hero did have a few cheaper options but not all 24/7 with unlimited in & out availability.I sucked it up and paid for it. Valet service was great so that was good. They give you a ticket with an ID number and a phone number to text when you want your car. We did that and it was ready for us within 5 mins by the time we got downstairs. Good hotel. Good stay. Great service. It's Hilton (Home2Suites) and that's what they are good at.

This hotel offers very spacious rooms however the layout is kind of unintuitive. There is a half partition between the couch and the beds. I don't know why they didn't just put the partition in between the beds instead. The rooms are also EXTREMELY dated, especially for a Hilton property. A lot of the lamp shades were in bad repair, lamps had different colors of lights in them. But it was nice that there is a microwave and a half size fridge in the room as well as a cooktop if you want one. The breakfast was one of the better free Continental breakfasts I've seen anywhere. They had a build your own sandwich selection, chicken tenders, waffles, very soft bagels, yogurt with toppings, milk, and juices. Real plates too which I appreciate. Front desk staff was very nice and they do have valet parking if you want to spend half a mortgage on it. No self parking available just so you know. There is a very small year round indoor pool inside, no spa even though it says it on the sign. They also have a high quality coffee selection available all day long. Overall it's a good property with an excellent location right by the circle, but the rooms are very outdated. Also as a side note, The view on the entire side of the hotel I was on is just a weird atrium with no decor and I'm not sure what it's meant to be, but you might as well not even have a window.
