Stayed over a weekend and had baseball team running down the halls and yelling in there rooms at night, I proceeded to call the front desk and they said they wouldn’t address it because it was a sports team. The next morning I saw another guest have their dog (pug) sitting at the table and then eating off a plate on the bench seat. All of this was directly in front of the hotel service counter with the employees not doing a thing. I tried to resolve via the Hilton helpdesk, hotel manager will not respond. I travel 80% of the time for work and this is one of the worst experiences I have had.

It's clean, the rooms are very spacious, it has a kitchenette, a nice/warm pool and even a bbq area. Also, they will let you park your car in the lot for $50 for the first week, then $8/night after. Which helps out a ton, and saves money on parking. The beds are comfortable. The staff is really nice. The coffee is good. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay near Plainfield/Avon/Indianapolis airport.
