Bartender had trouble with english and didn't really know how to make the drinks that were on the menu. For the price we expected a little more. I guess the main thing you are paying for is being right next to Lucas Oil Stadium.

The following morning, a single gentlemen (I never got his name but he's got a grand kid coming) was incredible!! He Handled settings, the food, the coffee for our very large group with initiative and honor! Just incredible. Thank you all so much for making our band kids experience with BOA so enjoyable and smooth!!!

The receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional from the moment we arrived—she kept saying “I’m ready to go home” and didn’t even bother to check the computer before telling us there were no conjoined rooms available . It took over an hour just to get us checked in even though we already had reservations prior. She also made several unnecessary comments repeatedly asking, “So there’s only one car for all three of you?” which felt rude and uncalled for. To make things worse, I was woken up at 8:30 AM by someone knocking repeatedly on the door. As I walked over, housekeeping used their key card and opened the door without waiting for a response. That was completely unacceptable and made me feel uncomfortable. Overall, the experience was frustrating and unprofessional from start to finish. I expected much better service and basic courtesy from the staff.
