The pool, meeting room, lobby sitting area, and fitness room all seemed adequate, but I didn't use them. Entering from the north on US31 can be a little difficult, but not terrible. I would stay here again.

This year took a turn as they broke down on the expressway and needed to be towed to a dealership and were dropped off at this hotel.. Unfortunately it was a Saturday and the dealership didn't open until Monday. Long story short they were not able to leave until Tuesday night. My husband wants to thank, Cody and Natalie for their hospitality, always pleasant making a bad experience very enjoyable.

I called corporate to discuss after my stay and they provided such a low quality of service. Not to mention there was an employee who needed bereavement time for losing his child and they wouldn’t grant it to him. Despicable business practices.

The hotel was able to give us a competitive rate and Cody at the front desk was super helpful! Ronald, the breakfast bar manager, engaged us both mornings with wonderful conversation and spread a fantastic buffet! The rooms were clean and smelled clean. We will definitely book here again!
