Hilton is relying on its name and is cheaping out on what matters in a hotel room.
If you like hearing your neighbors conversation through paper thin walls then this is the place for you.
Don’t want to really have control over the thermostat because the building will do what it prefers? This is your place.
If you like a surprise shower that is semi warm then goes to straight cold because someone else on the floor is taking a shower- then come here.
Otherwise go elsewhere.
It does have comfortable beds and it is in a great location, but you’ll have to put up with the lack of quality which at this price point doesn’t make sense.

Nice Hotel and GREAT staff (front desk and room cleaners). We were here a few days for a convention and front desk staff were so patient and kind AND room staff were attentive and VERY helpful with whatever we needed (extra towels, etc.). Just a nice place overall (and valet guys always grabbed the door for you when walking in or out). THAT kind of attention to detail is noticed, but rarely mentioned enough. I noticed. We will return again...and again

Update 11-12-25: I’ve been a diamond member for going on 9 years and I’ve never had someone reach out within an hour of a review to speak to me personally. Jeremiah Jackson, one of their directors, called me at my room to verify information, apologize for the construction (outside of his control), and explain why they weren’t able to open the alternate entrance. What was a terrible experience was honestly completely turned around because of his transparency, attention to detail, and urgency in fixing this. He also smoothed over the front desk’s response. Very impressed with the leadership at this hotel.
Original review:
There is currently emergency construction occurring outside the only entrance to the hotel parking garage off market street, and while that isn’t hiltons fault, their response to the situation absolutely is. On my third night I almost got into a wreck because there were three different routes pouring into a single lanes worth of space due to construction crews very carelessly parking wherever. When I went to report to the front desk I was told “unfortunately we can’t do anything so it’s just on you to remain vigilant” when I asked what that meant, her response was “just be mindful of whoever has the right of way” and when I asked again how to triage that she stated “whoever went into the road first” which is not possible to triage until AFTER you’re already in the road (due to meridian being an extremely busy cross street). I asked if Hilton would consider opening their alternate garage exit and again, “we are sorry but we can’t do that”. Mind you, self parking costs 55 dollars a night.

My son stayed here with a group from his school during a National Convention. During his stay, his group used the Top Golf Swing Suite (Owned by the hotel) and had an experience no student or minor should have to deal with. While using the clubs that were rented, one of the club heads broke during a swing. He brought the club back to the front desk and exchanged the club. At that point nothing was said to him about having to pay for a damaged club. A couple of days later there was a charge on his card for $330 dollars as well as the charge for the use was $50 more than on the receipt (with tip). He came back and asked for a manager where he was told that you assume all liability for the club once you take possession and that the extra $50 was a mistake when they entered the tip. My son immediately called me to speak with the manager where I asked for a receipt, the disclosure for the rental, and a copy of the video of the incident. He said he didn’t need to provide anything to him or me that this was a private establishment. He said he reviewed the footage and he didn’t do anything malicious or with bad intent and that it broke on a normal swing. He said he would correct the tip that was overcharged and would see if they could lower the club charge after seeing that replacement cost was only $129. After waiting a week, we made multiple attempts to contact the hotel via phone and email with zero response. We had zero options but to dispute with the bank which should have never needed to happen. Being a gold member with Hilton myself, I was shocked at how my son was treated.

Our bedding had blood stains, yellow stains (my guess urine or drool), and hair. In the bathroom there were dirty towels on our floor, no trash bags, and brown standing water in our bathtub.
The front desk moved us to a room that was even worse. House keeping came but wasn’t fluent in English. She changed the beds but took 40 minutes to make just 1 of the 2. We didn’t get our kids to sleep until 1 am probably.. When we woke up, we all had to be evacuated bc a fire broke out before we could even have the continental breakfast that we paid additionally for. We had to quickly jump in our truck and pull out of the parking lot so that firetrucks could come in.
Ultimately we had a 0/10 experience, and I wish we would have just drove through the night instead of wasting time and money in a dirty hotel.
The only positives that I can say, was that the receptionist and valet were very kind and tried to be helpful!
