The Hilton Indianapolis is located within walking distance of the Indianapolis Convention Center and many attractions. The Lucas Oil Stadium and Banker’s Life Fieldhouse are only 4 minutes away. Additionally, the Indianapolis Airport (IND) and the Indianapolis Motor Speedway are also only a short drive away.

    Hair in shower, No body wash/gel in the shower, just shampoo and conditioner. Called guest services. 13 min and counting, still no one bought soap to my room. Terrible service. Update: Hilton Mgr Caitlyn called me to apologize. She empathized with my circumstance and had my room cleaned while I was gone. She went above and beyond with the service recovery.

    As a Diamond member, this is truly one of my favorite hotels! Every time I stay at Hilton Indianapolis, I’m reminded why I love it so much. I even created a TikTok video review to show just how beautiful this property is. I occasionally visit Indianapolis, and I’m often very last-minute with my bookings. Each time I’ve chosen this hotel, I’ve been beyond pleased. The staff is absolutely amazing especially Lanae at the front desk (I apologize if I misspelled her name). She is always so welcoming, professional, and accommodating. Her customer service really stands out and makes every stay feel special. I also want to recognize the restaurant and the breakfast staff they are fantastic! Breakfast is always a great experience with attentive service and a welcoming atmosphere. The rooms and suites are some of the best I’ve experienced spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The beds are amazing! I consistently get the best sleep here. If you’re looking for a hotel in Indy, this should be your first choice. It’s not only beautiful and comfortable, but also cost-efficient. I highly recommend it!

    I'm a Hilton Honors member, so I try to stay at a Hilton as much as possible. Unfortunately the staff here were not as conscious about customer service as big hotels normally have. Not even faked a smile. The garage was also a little disappointing especially when you're arriving at night, no clear sign as to where the lobby will be when you get on the elevator.

    Thank you for your services at this time due to a new hire arriss we will not be booking at Hilton anytime soon lots of love were getting music in and appreciate your services the concerarist is Andrea L it's okay but she caused a sedule conflict and had no authoration to do so we appreciate you all thank you and see u in the future
