Second time staying here and the rooms and staff has been great each time. Love the digital keys Hampton Inns have, check in on my phone and pick my own room... Super nice and convenient. Good location, lots to eat near by. I didn't do any of the extras at the hotel, more of an in and out stay but it was pleasant. I skip the extra cost in the breakfast, wish they had an included continental so I could grab some fruit for the road.

We stayed for 6 nights and had a wonderful stay. All staff we met were very friendly and happy to help. Peyton, I believe her name was at the front desk, was so sweet and personable to us and anyone that walked through the doors. We will definitely be coming back!

All associates were extremely professional and friendly. Fast check in and check out. The room was clean and quiet. The beds were very comfortable. If the need arises, we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Very disappointed with our recent stay. I booked a room w a jetted tub due to muscle pain in my back. The tub worked fine but the water would not get hot. I wouldn’t even call it lukewarm. I told the front desk but was told it was due to the hotel being empty? I was told I could move rooms but the front desk wanted to make sure the water was going to be hot in the new room. She told me she would meet me at the new room shortly but by this point it was already well after 1am and it was just too much. And to top it all off I was woken up twice by housekeeping knocking at my door to see if I had checked out yet even though I had my do not disturb on the door. Once at 9:30a and again at 10:30a. Both times I told them I was given a late checkout of 12:30. Very poor experience overall.

This is my go-to when coming back "home". There's not a lot of hotels southside of Indy, never has been. Yeah, a Hilton is more foo-foo than I usually go for, but it's super convenient, lots of stuff nearby and super easy to get to about anywhere. And I can get a gin and tonic on the way up. That's winning in my book when traveling. Never had any issues in years of stays here and eveone is always super nice.
