    I called and spoke to Eswin. He is very professional, helpful & a great attitude. I’ll be in state for a meeting. He let me know of restaurant & breakfast hotel offers. Great to know I do not have to leave the hotel during my stay. Thanks Eswin, you’re PHENOMENAL!

    The hotel is lovely and spotless. Kassandra at the front desk was sweet and accommodating to my coffee needs (LOL, she hooked me up). We ordered food from the restaurant and took to our room, it was delicious and I didn't need to season anything. I had the grilled chicken and he had the Phillie Cheese Steak, I highly recommend both. The room was super clean and spacious and the bed was comfy. Huge TV with lots of options. The pool was a little cold (first world problems right?) and there isn't a hot tub even though it comes up as an amenity and is seen in photos, that's really my only negative thing. The breakfast was tasty and had lots of choices as well.

    Comfortable rooms, good breakfast options, and the dining area staff are absolutely great. Unfortunately, the apparent lack of soundproofing in the hotel not only impacts evening and nighttime hours, but also serves as a very distracting issue with a highly unprofessional housekeeping staff that yelled up and down the hall to each other while cleaning rooms, screeching loudly and uttering expletives I would have preferred to not hear. Whether it’s the staff or management itself, some changes need to be discussed and taken under advisement. We will not be staying at this property again, and will also not have it listed as an approved property for our staff members and coworkers when travel dept for the company books any future travel.
