Room’s HVAC was broken. Room was either 60 degrees or 80 degrees. I was told maintenance is out until the weekend. They sent staff to try and fix with no luck. All rooms were booked, so no different accommodations.
Outside of that, front desk staff were pleasant enough. The bartender was rude though.
This is in a convent spot for sure, but I just don’t think it’s worth the money to stay here.
All in all, not very happy about my experience. I’ll be more thoughtful when selecting any Hilton Hotel’s in the future.

The rooms are updated, clean, and spacious. What especially stood out during my stay was the woman who runs the breakfast service. She is authentically friendly, attentive, and even remembered my coffee order by the second morning, which was a thoughtful touch. Her professionalism really enhances the overall experience, and I hope the hotel recognizes the great work she does.

Service once we arrived was great, friendly, over the top.
However tried to contact location by emails, and phone calls and could not get a response to questions on parking, and possibility to check in early.
Was able to check in early, but then found out parking was not included like other locations

We chose this hotel because it was close to our niece's home. It is obviously a very old building but overall, the rooms were sufficient for one night. Unfortunately, when it was time for bed, we had to get a new top blanket and pillowcase due to stains. The room temp was good if you leave the fan on continuously but when it wasnt blowing, the room was much warmer. The breakfast was good and had many choices. Its not free and that was not explained upon check in or even when we were seated. The worst part was when we tried to catch an elevator to check out. Of the 3 elevators, only one worked primarily (all weekend). We waited almost 20 minutes and after 3 full elevator stops, my husband and I (and another couple) decided to walk down to the lobby from the 8th floor. Well the joke was on us! We got to the bottom and had two options. One was the emergency exit that would have sounded the alarm and the other was "no access" and didnt have a door handle (someone could walk in but noone could walk out). After pounding on the door, someone comes to open it and it leads right into the dining area and that's how we exited😂. It was quite strange but if they had all 3 elevators working, we wouldn't have chosen that option. Overall, I may not pick this location again but I'd consider it depending on the price and proximity to my destination.
