  Overall, our stay at the hotel was enjoyable. The property was clean, the atmosphere was welcoming, and most of the staff we encountered were polite and helpful. Unfortunately, our experience with the bartender during one of our meals was disappointing. We briefly sat behind the bar area before being told it was restricted to guests 21 and over. There were no visible signs indicating this, so we were unaware and moved. We completely understand and respect the policy—especially since we had children with us—but the way it was communicated felt abrupt and unnecessarily rude. After relocating to a table, a waiter came to take orders and the adults ordered drinks and the children ordered sodas. When one adult later ordered a daiquiri, the bartender came to our table to ask who would be drinking it, whether they would be drinking all of it, and stated she needed to check IDs. We fully understand the importance of following alcohol service laws and have no issue with being carded. However, the interaction felt less like a routine policy check and more confrontational than necessary (harassment). We truly appreciate establishments that prioritize compliance and safety, but professionalism and respectful communication go a long way. Unfortunately, this interaction put a damper on what was otherwise a great experience. As a side note, be aware that the restaurant and bar were unable to make change for a $100 bill. We hope management addresses this so future guests can enjoy consistent, courteous service throughout their stay.

  If you need or want to stay near the airport this is a nice property. Clean, updated and friendly staff.

  Great location. Great check in and rooms. Food menue had a good selection.... BUT .... Food quality was far below par at the restaurant.

  I stayed here Jan 16th for the night before my flight. Perfect location! Zoe checked me in and was just the greatest! I noticed that there were tons of cheerleaders there and they had the hotel decorated for them. Zoe was kind enough to ask if I had a preferred floor to stay on and when I said away from all the girls (nothing against them, I just needed to be up early for my flight and needed a good night sleep) she put me on the floor above. That evening as I was getting ready to go to sleep, I noticed that there were not any usb outlets in the room, which is pretty standard these days so I didn’t bring a block for my phone cord. I went downstairs and asked Zoe if I was missing where it is. She apologized and then went to find one for me! She was just the sweetest. I brought it down the next morning and left her a thank you card. So, while everything was absolutely wonderful about this trip, Zoe made a difference with her helpfulness. Oh! One final thing… I appreciate that the hotel staff stays up front and greets you when walking by. Unlike other hotels where they hide back in an office until you hit the bell.

  Comfy beds and great bar service. Zombie dust ipa from the bar was cool. I ate the chicken and quinoa, it was pretty solid for hotel food. The breakfast is great. The gym was ok, busted peloton, but got a fine workout.
