I like their text service allowing me to communicate with staff on my phone. I especially like the digital check-in feature allowing me to choose my room and use a digital keycard instead of a physical one. Not to mention the hotel being in the middle of a large area of shopping and restaurants made it easy to get anything I wanted. I’m very glad my employer chose this hotel for my extended stay in Indianapolis.
