    This Hampton Inn is the best I have stayed in thus far. As someone who places great emphasis on cleanliness, I was pleased to find that this hotel met my expectations. The establishment presented a welcoming atmosphere, with a pleasant scent upon entry, and the staff, particularly Joe, were friendly and extremely helpful. My room was exceptionally clean, and I was able to enjoy all the amenities, including the pool, hot tub, gym, and breakfast, which is a first for me at a Hampton Inn. The management and staff are doing a superb job at this location.

    To start, my husband and I have stayed at this location once before we were married and we enjoyed ourselves then. Pulled over for a restroom break and food before deciding to call it for the night. Saw that we had this hotel saved and called hoping for availability. Patrick (front desk attendant) was very informative and extremely helpful in accommodating my husband and I in getting a reservation for the night. Once we arrived, he showed a warm personality and even attempted to suggest possible places to grab a bite. His calm demeanor secured our fears of unwanted rodents. Going into the room, I checked the amenities to be sure they were filled (✔️), pulled back the bed linen (✔️), checked the refrigerator (❌️).. called front desk and Patrick answered. Told him the situation and he offered to get us another room or store the refrigerated items in their fridge. We chose the latter.. didn't want to be a bother. I decided to take a shower and I'm glad I did. The shower head had a massage option on the nozzle and it popped out 4 tight areas that were tense. I was able to sleep like a baby. We set an alarm for breakfast and to prepare to get back on the road. Breakfast was hot and delicious. The waffle batter was amazing. The lady overseeing the breakfast area, (forgot her name) she helped me use the waffle maker properly and with patience. When checking out, we had the pleasure to speak to Ms. Shannon (manager). We shared our review with her and to applaud her and the staff. We will be returning to this hotel again. Thank you all!!

    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 — Excellent Service from Vanessa at the Front Desk!!! I had a great experience at this hotel thanks to Vanessa at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, she was welcoming, professional, and very helpful. Check-in was quick and easy, and she answered all my questions without any hassle. Vanessa has a great attitude and treats guests with genuine respect and kindness. She makes you feel welcomed right away, and you can tell she really cares about helping people and making sure they enjoy their stay. Big shoutout to her — she definitely made my experience better. I’ll definitely recommend this place!

    I have infinitely good things to say. The staff is all amazing. The shuttle came so fast. Alex at the front desk saved us with his kindness! Huge kudos. Will absolutely stay here again.

    The thermostat in the room is on a motion sensor. You will go to bed with the room at 69 and wake up to it being 74. The tv glitches out so bad while you watch it, it not worth watching and there is hardley any channels to choose from.
