    We checked in very late at of driving in town for the IU/Ohio state game, and despite the hour, Joe at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful. He really went above and beyond to make sure we were settled. He took the time to explain the WiFi codes and even showed us exactly how to adjust the heat in our rooms so we would be comfortable. When we came back down later realizing we didn’t have any ice, he immediately got some for us—top-notch service! The hotel itself looks fantastic after the remodel. You can really tell the difference with the brand new TVs and the beds were super comfortable. The room was spotless, with fresh towels and a noticeably freshly stocked cupboard. It’s rare to find such a nice facility paired with such genuinely helpful staff on the night shift

    This hotel worked for my needs. The staff was courteous and the rooms were clean. Microwaves in the room was a definite plus. (NOTE: I was told that the suites are being remodeled.) Noise from the pipes in our room, repeated key issues, elevator issues (only 1 worked), and the cold lobby (if taking advantage of the breakfast buffet be sure to bring a jacket) were minor issues that need attention.

    First thought when booking this hotel, its a Hampton... and Hampton is owned by Hilton so its should be good. Boy was I wrong. Book a room that "sleeps 3" has a king size bed and a chair.. ended up buying an air mattress for my daughter. Our mini fridge took a day and half to become cold enough to even store drinks, still wouldn't trust it with food. Ptak hvac unit was super loud and having the highway near by didnt help noise levels. Maintenance/ house keeping in the aisles from 8am to 10pm making all sorts of noise. Didnt even have an ice machine on 4th floor, Elevator was very sketchy making all sorts of odd sounds then no longer even displaying floor number and to top it off, as I'm in the process of packing things in my vehicle to leave. I'm berated by the lady at the front desk because my car is blocking the driveway but says nothing about the 4 other cars just sitting there not running or moving. Needless to say, but neither my family nor I will be back. Easily the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. only got 3 stars on location because it s conveniently by the highway

    STAY AWAY. THEY OVERCHARGED ME AN EXTRA $25 AND REFUSE TO FIX IT, EVEN THOUGH I HAVE THE MESSAGE FROM THEIR STAFF MEMBER STATING I WOULDN’T BE CHARGED. “SAMUEL,”AT THE DESK IS HORRIBLY RUDE, AND HAS ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. NO WIFI, BUSTED SHOWER, TV’s ONLY HAVE NEWS AND CHILDREN’S CHANNELS. AWESOME BOTTLES OF PEE THROUGHOUT THE PARKING LOT. STAY AWAY!!!
