Our stay was pleasant. Christian was super friendly, professional and helpful! We couldn't figure out the TV remote and he came to help us right away. This Hampton looks like a fairly new remodel. Everything seemed new. It was very nice. The room darkening shade would not go down so it was light in our room all night from the lights in the parking lot. We still did fine and we will stay again!

Management completely failed this weekend. There our family and many others booked ahead for a big cheer competition. They didn’t notify anyone that the pool was down for scheduled remodeling. They did not give people the rooms they ordered, rather they gave them whatever room they saw fit. We paid for two conjoined double bed rooms and received one single and a double at other sides of the hotel. And rather than work with people on their mistakes they pretty much told everyone to get bent and deal with it.

The rooms were nice and clean and modern. We had an issue and they were quick to help resolve it. We definitely plan on staying at this hotel again and have told the other families that are part of our team this. They have all said the same thing.

Front desk people & everyone else are very pleasant, helpful & kind as at every Hampton Inn that I've had the pleasure of staying at. The room, as always, is very clean. The only issue I have is with the volume on the TV. I realize everyone must be considerate of their neighbors, but level 10 is too quiet. I couldn't hear a word said while chewing my salad. Really? Have the volume set a little higher please. What about the patrons that have hearing issues. Other than the volume of the TV, I am more than pleased.

I booked a stay thru Priceline for December 6th to celebrate my son’s 11th birthday. We usually have a pool party & stay at the Home2 but because of Big10 a lot of hotels were booked. Upon arriving at Hampton Inn. It was very low key l, clean & attractive which we loved. I checked in and gathered my party and as we walk towards our room we have to pass the pool… which is CLOSED! So now all the kids are frantic & worried. I spoke with the associate at the desk who confirmed it was closed and apologizes. I mentioned to him that this information should probably be noted so others don’t book thinking there is a pool. I let him know I COULDNT STAY and we watched me and 8 other people leave with all of our things. I NEVER made it to the room nor did I see or touch anything. House keeping could confirm they didn’t have to clean whatever room they gave me. I’m sure the cameras show all of this as well. I ended up booking with another hotel before we even left Hampton Inn. Now I’m requesting a refund and have been since Dec 6th and I keep getting run around. The manager says I could’ve come back thru a side door 😂😂😂 I wouldn’t recommend this place because if something comes up they do not hold themselves accountable
