I asked for daily cleaning of the room. One day they emptied the trash and dirty towels in a six (6) day stay. I had to go to the desk every day to get clean towels. The staff (I saw only four (4) different staff persons) said they were sorry but only followed up the one day when they emptied the trash and dirty towels. The cement/construction nail in the picture, is near another door to mine has been there since I arrived. Every night I saw someone else getting towels for their room. As a Hilton diamond for life member this is the worst hampton inn I have ever stayed in. Damn near the worst hotel ever. Why didn’t I leave? This was due to friends staying here as well for an attractions and a convention in town. See safety for shower temps. I have never left a bad hotel review (yes I’ve left a few over the years) before and rarely a review at all. I’ve stayed in hotels all over the world over many, many years.

Best hotel in the immediate area. They have breakfast and the staff is always friendly. It's a plus that the fitness room is 24 hours now.

Everything was clean and in overall good shape. The staff was excellent to deal with on the phone before I arrived, and during my stay.

This is the loudest hotel I’ve ever stayed at the 2nd floor was full of un supervised kids that was racing and screaming down the halls for at least three hours. Also unattended dogs barking into the rooms for hours. I demand my points I used to be returned as I always stay at Hampton inns and the this is something I have never experienced the worst hotel by far for the price. I’m assuming poor management
