Daily Mandatory Charge includes: Economic Enhancement District Assessment. Along the Indy Canal Walk our hotel is located just across the street from IUPUI's campus. Listed on the register of historic places, the hotel lobby is the site of the AME Bethel Church, constructed in 1870. Our unique property is within walking distance to the Indiana Convention Center and all that Indy has to offer. Enjoy easy access to local corporations or leisure attractions such as museums, the Indianapolis Zoo, Military Park, and White River State Park.
Over 9500 sq. ft. of indoor and outdoor meeting space is available, with AV equipment for rental and an event service team to assist.

Typical, and completely adequate breakfast options. It's connected to the Canal Walk, which I didn't even know existed in Indy. The ONLY drawback was the $45 for parking.

The hotel's location is literally just off the canal. My two teen daughters and I rented kayaks and were able to float past our hotel! It was an absolute wonderful, wonderful location. The halls smelled good, all amenities worked, and through Travelocity, it cost a bit more than the cheapest hotels but was well worth the cost.
