- KCkim copeJan 5, 20263.0This is my favorite place to stay when I'm in indy. On my most recent visit (1-2-26) the only issues I had was that elevator car 2 needs serviced badly. It was squeaking and shaking so bad that it should have been out of service. And right before we left our room to check out, a man doing carpet cleaning knocked once on our door and then walked right in. Luckily I was already dressed and ready to go.

It is kid friendly. The price is just right for what they offer. There’s a pool and plenty of room to walk your dog. COFFEE, both bold, and light roast are delicious and available 24 hours in the lobby. International delight, creamers and tea is also available. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

They accused me of Smoking weed in the room , which I would never do. I am a well-natured person! They charged me 100$ for smoking Weed , which they accused me of !! And they put me in “ Do not rent List “ . Their Management team has zero accountability!!!! They charged me 100$ and they kicked me out for no reason !! Ladies and Gentlemen, This happened to me ! I am not joking ! I never had any bad intentions to anyone! I am just trying to save someone who might face the situation that I faced !!
- EAEddie AkersNov 17, 20255.0This Hampton Inn by Hilton was a fabulous place to stay. They are in the middle of a total renovation, but it did not affect my stay. My room was a king room with a couch. Plenty of places to charge electronics, coffee maker, fridge, mircowave. Nice and spacious bathroom with a massage shower head. And immediate hot water was a treat, no waiting for 5 minutes. They had breakfast every morning from 6-10am. Also, a very wide variety. They had crispy bacon on Saturday and Sunday morning, which is a treat. Bacon is usually on a week day. Free coffee, decaf and regular 24 hours a day. Plenty of parking. I was part of 5 coach buses and they blocked off the north parking lot just for us. This is way past the call of duty. It made it so much easier for us. And the hotel GM attended to our every need. The desk clerk, Shilpa greeted us with a smile on Wednesday evening, after we had been driving all day. She had all 5 of us checked in, in less than 10 minutes. She offered us free bottled water and anything else that we might need. From Wednesday evening until we left of Sunday morning, she always greeted us with a smile on her face. This is an A+++ hotel. And there are a lot of places to eat with walking distance or a 5 minute drive. And we were only 15 minutes south of downtown Indianapolis. We will definitely be back whenever we are in or close to Indianapolis.
