    Quick check-in. Clean rooms. Convenient to everything. The hotel was very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent.

    We stayed for my daughter's interview at UIndy. Checkin was smooth and fast. Room was very clean. Bedspreads and linen were clean and spotless. The heating/cooling system is attached below the window and was putting out enough heat to keep us warm during the deep freeze

    We stayed at this Hilton on two separate occasions, and unfortunately both stays were fairly underwhelming. The beds were very stiff, and the pillows were decorative throw pillows, small and square, which made getting comfortable difficult. The HVAC unit was also extremely loud, to the point that it disrupted both sleep and relaxation. Overall, the hotel feels quite outdated and could benefit from some modernization. On the positive side, the breakfast was decent and met expectations. The staff was friendly, professional, and responsive whenever we needed assistance. The location is also convenient, with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. While there are some positives, the comfort issues made it hard to fully enjoy our stay.

    We stayed here for a my kids competition. We travel alot and this is by far one of the worst hotels we've stayed at. Walked in room and had a fish smell and hair on the bed. The shower was broken. The front desk offered to follow us up with a wrench and said it happens alot. It won't take but a min to fix lol noo sir. So we got a different room and the shower worked but came out of the top and bottom so no water pressure ugh. The room was dirty and looked like it hadn't been dusted in years. This is unacceptable especially since they jacked the price to $225 a night bc of the competition being near. This place is worth $50 a night if youre desperate. Just do yourself a favor and go somewhere else

    Warm welcome from the front desk staff when I came in at midnight. Next morning, I left my prescription glasses in the room; Housekeeping found them and hotel staff promptly mailed them back to me. I’m very grateful to the kind staff at this hotel.
