So many people don’t talk to one another anymore. She was so happy just to ask how your morning was. So so happy and sweet.

I did get a phone call from the hotel with an apology, and I was actually promised that the issue would be dealt with promptly and suitably I do trust that this will happen and my next visit will be more pleasant.
- CVCam VissingJan 4, 20261.0I am very displeased with my stay at this hotel and expected more from a company as big as embassy suites. The day started good coming to Indy to visit with family and going to a game. We arrive to the hotel and the room was ok. We went down as a family to sit and have drinks and only about 2 of the employees that throughout the hotel that we came across seemed to not be annoyed with us when we had a question or came for service. That’s something we could tolerate, but then when our night is suppose to be ending we try to walk to the elevators to go to our rooms and there are 10-15 young kids screaming and threatening each other in the lobby. We had young kids with us at the time so we get them in the elevator to take them up to the room. When we arrive to our floor we are met with 3 girls that are involved with the situation in the lobby yelling and shouting threats from our floor down to the lobby. One specific girl noticed our young children while we were walking and started shouting we about how kids are in here and they had weapons on them and that things could go bad. When we got past them and got everyone back in there rooms, we come back out to our floor and look down to the lobby to find out all the kids are just dispersing back through the hotel. When we to the desk to get answers on what was happening and report what the girl had said we were met with a young girl who was way over head with the situation telling us everything was under control, we had nothing to worry about and she can’t share to much details. When we told her what the girl had said she said something very similar to what she already said and that the police were on this way. We went back up to our rooms and waited and the police weren’t there after about 25 minutes. When we called the police to see if they had a call, they said they had not gotten a report yet. This entire experiences is the worst I have ever had at an Embassy Suites and think it is very wrong for an employee blatantly lie straight to our faces when we are worrying about the safety of children.

He handled the multi-tasking needed to keep peace during a busy holiday time. Graceful and so kind to everyone, knowing exactly who he needed to prioritize first to best represent the Hilton brand.
