Fannie was so friendly and made it a home away from home for us during breakfast service. She checked on us and did not make us feel rushed. There is plenty of food, and even with big crowds, the tables are cleared and clean.

My daughter and I came for state marching band and wanted to make a fun night of it. Little did we know there was a marathon happening at the same time. Absolutely worst traffic of my life and couldn't get into the hotel normally bc of it. I called and was on the phone ready to cry my eyes out but Bel took the time to stay on the phone until I got to where I needed to go. Not only that but she was extremely kind a true kind, understanding person. She also helped getting us checked into our room a little early so we could relax after a long day. My jaw hit the floor when we walked into the hotel the wow factor is Definitely there. The rooms are huge we had a king size bed with a separate living space and additional TV. So nice and view was incredible. Now I came to relax in the hot tub and the pool area didn't disappoint as well. Ending the night with another amazing staff member which I didn't grab her name but she was so kind and made one heck of a cocktail. Honestly your whole staff was 10/10 and I'm normally the biggest Karen but with an experience like I had.... there wasn't anything I would have done differently. I also want to add Malissa as well. She was so sweet this morning as I was saying how much fun we had and can't wait for next year so we can book our room again. She asked if we wanted anything for the road because we just got hit with a snow storm and have a few hours to drive.... well let me tell you those snacks saved the day but also made my daughter feel so special. I don't normally make reviews but these two ladies needed to know we have full expectations to see you next year so we can have another 10/10 experience. Life is full of up and downs but these are the moments that make I hope everyone can experience. Thank you Bel you just being understanding and purely amazing.

This was quiet possibly one of the best experiences I've had a hotel in the US in a decade. But of a rough entry if you're driving and need to unload. Both the combo of parking and absence of a functional elevator besides the surface elevator to handle bell carts was a pain. But the staff there made up for any inconvenience. Everyone was offering help. The maintenance guy brought our cart to our room while we grabbed snacks and happy hour. Breakfast was amazing. Pool was excellent. Everything was in great condition and again, the people there were super kind. Property is in phenomenal condition. I didn't take a lot of pictures, but this one of the view was awesome, that dome has a wedding going on inside.

Overall, our experience was positive. The room was quite large, and it had everything we needed for a night. The breakfast was 5/5, and everything was super clean. However, with this being a more expensive hotel in downtown, I have higher expectations in a few areas, which is why I’m leaving 4 stars. 1) Check in/ check out was kind of slow. They seem to have an issue with staffing the front desk with enough people. Be aware of this if you’re in a hurry, as this could certainly make a long travel day worse. 2) While their coffee selection was great, they only had one tea option. I was disappointed to see this, as most hotels I have stayed at atleast have two or three to choose from. 3) The walls are pretty thin, so we could hear people walking back to their hotel room late at night. I would stay here again, but I wasn’t amazed by our stay. It’s definitely worth it given the location, but I’ve had better hotel experiences.
