  Stayed here due to proximity to IND airport. Shuttle to the airport runs every half hour 24 hours a day.

  I would stay again. They were welcoming even at nearly 1am. When my granddaughter and I realized we needed scissors we headed to the lobby and met the kindest lady in the elevator ( I have forgotten her name🙄 ) who not only got us the scissors but gave her some unicorns and stickers. They really stood out at paying attention to her at breakfast and leaving with a snack at checkout. Thank you so much for making a sad reason for being in Indy so warm and welcoming. 🥰

  Service was excellent. The rooms were nice for the most part. 4th floor water pressure, faucet and shower head in the bathtub needs replaced. Having a breakfast option added to rooms, especially for big sporting events where kids are not with parents would be recommended. Could have made a great amount of $ if a breakfast buffet was offered for bowling groups this weekend. Maybe use a conference room?

  We recently stayed at Crowne Plaza Indianapolis Airport for a business networking event. While it’s not a 5-star hotel, it’s definitely better than many hotels I’ve stayed at, which is why I’m giving it a 4. The hotel itself is very spacious, and the breakfast and lunch service provided for our business group was really nice—they did a great job with catering and organization. Our room was fairly typical, nothing too special, but it was comfortable and quiet, which we appreciated. A few small things stood out: the toilet was very low, which was a bit awkward, and housekeeping came around noon, which felt late—we expected them earlier in the day. They did clean well, but they didn’t remove a dirty plate from our room, which ended up making it smell a bit. We placed the plate outside our door, and it surprisingly wasn’t picked up for two full days. Also, the small snack shop in the hotel was extremely expensive—more than airport snack prices—which felt a bit excessive, though I’m not sure if that’s typical for hotels like this. Overall, it was a solid stay for a business event, comfortable and well-run, with just a few areas that could be improved.

  Location is King where it comes to this property of the Crowne Plaza Hotel chains, is this one located at the Indianapolis International Airport and makes it an ideal spot for overnight before the flight. Although the facility is a bit dated and the rooms have a strong connection to the late '90s when it comes to decor the rooms are comfortable enough and quiet enough for good resting night's sleep. The shower and the toilet are a bit like the rooms dated. However, clean and comfortable. The hotel feature is a convention center and a fantastic little bar and restaurant. Well this will be your standard little bit pricey Hotel food. The atmosphere in the bar itself is enjoyable and relaxed and the food is fine. Friendly waitresses and helpful barmaid makes. The night before the flight and easy night. The hotel offers shuttle service from and to the flight terminals which makes makes all the difference when you coming after a long flight or when you're rushing to get to your gate.
