- JGJason GasawayDec 23, 20253.0This was a business trip they stick you with a $75 valet fee because there is literally nowhere to park. The room was nice and big. However the air would not work in my room was a whopping 74° and would not cool down so I did not sleep very well. I did call down and ask if they had a fan and they did and about two hours later, they brought up a fan which helped knock the edge off, but it was still too hot. The restaurant that they had in the lobby was really good and the conference room we had was really nice.

From the help from the vale parking, check in was welcoming, walking along to help navigate the building, the sauna the pool the robes and most importantly THE ROOM! My room and view was perfect! First, the rooms are decrepit and not resembling the quality you would expect from the brand. The wallpaper was peeling from the walls and the bed sheets were ripped. The mirror and the door in the room were significantly damaged and the carpet was disgusting. All of these are documented in the pictures. To make matters far worse, a supervisor entered my room with no notice or reason, using her key. Given the complete lack of security and poor condition of the room, I will never stay here again.
