    Just a little dust from the remodeling. You should have signs for that inside and out that says "excuse our dust for our remodeling". Otherwise it was excellent

    We stayed on Feb 20-22, 2026. The check-in and check-out were pleasant. Staff were friendly and always greeted us. Room was clean and quiet.

    I had an ok stay but Katie the front desk clerk had a horrible attitude and was very rude to us for no reason at all. Maybe she doesn't like white women ? Sure seemed that way, we were very polite to her and didn't deserve to be treated that way. We will NOT be staying there again.

    Front desk daytime clerk "Kaitlyn" was rude , bossy and ruined my stay. I guess they will hire anyone to work the front desk. Kaitlyn obviously has absolutely NO customer service skills or training. Why would you have someone with a horrible attitude like that be the first person a guest deals with ? She is just awful and should find a different line of work that does NOT involve interacting with people. Maybe she has a horrible home life and she's just miserable , ok but leave your problems at home !! ***PLEASE UPPER MANAGEMENT FIND A DIFFERENT GUEST SERVICES EMPLOYEE FOR FRONT DESK AS I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK IF I'M TO BE TREATED IN THAT MANNER !
