I was charged 300$ after checking out of this property. When I called they first told me I spilled water on the t.v and the dresser stand it was on. Then I called back and was told the stand was damaged. I explained to them that I never even touched this stand. Didn't open a drawer , and never spilled anything on or near this stand in the corner of the room. It took them 2 weeks to produce this picture of the face of the drawer cockeyed, it looked like it was being assembled. You couldn't even tell what room the picture was taken in If you have been charged for damages like this please contact me because im taking them to court over this fraudulent charge. Avoid this property at all costs, it's not worth the trouble. Thank you T.tucker

NO LUGGAGE CARTS. I really like this place as in the room, staff and location, but it's all worth nothing if I can't even check out at the end of my stay because the trashy inconsiderate people who stay here keep every cart in their rooms. There used to also be a cart for the laundry room, but some woman has been holding that hostage in her room for weeks as well. Room 400 used a cart every day for groceries then left it outside their room every single time. I brought it back down from there at least 4 times. Yesterday I returned a cart from the hall that someone had abandoned then not even 30 minutes later the same cart from where it was left again in a parking space outside, and after all that the next person to pick it up from the proper place took it into their room. Despite there being no carts and me having at least 2 if not 3 trips to make with a cart, as well as an all day drive ahead of me, everyone wants to know if I'm checking out soon. Maybe I should just throw my stuff out the window. One simple solution is to put the carts behind a locked door and make people leave ID with the front desk and sign a ledger like for the lending locker to use one. Move the business center computers nobody needs anymore to the lobby and lock the carts up there. Put a big sign up that says if you're found keeping the cart in your room long after use your credit card will be charged (start doing this when the plastic laundry baskets disappear too). Buy taller carts or modify existing ones so they're too tall to pass through the room doors. Or buy asset tracking tags like the ones from Anacove, a website that lists IHG as a current customer and sells products explicitly for this problem. Put signs up in the laundry room telling people to remove their clothes or they'll be removed for them while you're at it. If this hotel doesn't get serious about reining in the blatant inconsideration of its guests what was the point of an expensive renovation?
