    My room was dirty. I pulled back my bedspread and had crumbs on my sheets. There were nail clippings on the nightstand, and the buttons on the remote and phone were grimy.

    DO NOT STAY HERE! If I could give negative stars I would. Absolutely ridiculous management staff. They advertise as an extended stay but they seem to have an identity crisis because they kicked out several families in the middle of a winter storm and Travel advisory. The actual staff is phenomenal I feel bad they work in such a toxic environment. There are roaches throughout. The owner is rude and his minions are unprofessional. Be warned. Shoutout to Krissi, Tonya and Beatrice. They made our stay worthwhile but I will be retracting my IHG membership as I will never patronize another of their establishments.

    No such thing as a perfect hotel. Staff was nice and didn't bother us as we came in, or went to do laundry or breakfast. We was even a few minutes late leaving and they didn't say a word. Room was clean when we got there so we returned the favor. It was a little expensive bc we was a real late check in... But above all we enjoyed our stay and breakfast! Was Jan 2nd or 3rd we stayed once B4 and plan on again on my bday in a few wks. Thank you candlewood suites.

    Rooms needed routine maintenance, ie toilet seat tightened... Grounds were littered with trash, broken items, dog poop and bullet casings!!! Many employees seem to live on premises with their children running amuk til late at night! Night time supervisor had a bad attitude when we asked for help with the TV, no paper channel guide was provided!
