Said not their fault and couldn’t call us when our number was CLEARLY on the registration card paper… The General Manager Kristy was extremely rude, unpleasant and aggressive with the way she spoke to my family. HIGHLY DO NOT RECCOMEND!

- JJJ.COct 22, 20252.0Horrible experience there, Last Sunday while in the lobby I could hear a lady screaming vulgar words at what seemed to be other people in a room in the back, They have a laundry area and it seemed to be coming from that area, second visit and it seems not much has changed this time I was able to see that the ladys name was kathy if you speak spanish you would be ashamed at the vulgar words you could here, very unprofessional why should guest have to hear workers speak this way? Is this really a place you would want to spend your hard earned money at? I wouldn't and its embarrassing to even see people be this comfortable degrading others. Management really needs to step their game up as someone who manages my own local I'd be ashamed if the people I oversee ever felt as if they could not come to me with issues as I would not take them serious. Nobody deserves to be treated as less and I wonder how long this has been going on as in the manner it was and the loudness of it shows the woman has no shame. It makes my blood boil hoping the owner scouts his/her people better, because when you have people like that in a work place Goodluck.
