This hotel is right on the other side of the canal but you don't pay the "downtown" fees and high prices! Free parking, friendly staff, huge kitchen suites and very family friendly. I have been coming here for years and never ever had an issue or felt unsafe! The elevators are small and old but they are replacing them. *I'll take a cramped elevator over crappy service or small stinky uncomfortable, unsafe rooms elsewhere any day*
