The rooms are beyond expectations clean and so "home inviting". Location is great for easy access to va medical center as well the other medical facilities in the area. Great place to stay.

The rooms are huge with separate bedrooms and kitchen, more like a small apartment than a hotel room. Kitchen facilities make it easier to make healthy choices and cook your own food. I have never experienced any problems with the neighborhood or the apartments next door and have been traveling here for over three years. Super convenient to downtown, the hospitals, zoo, White River promenade and State Park. Very very clean with comfortable beds, about a half mile walk from a bike share station on White River Parkway to make it easy to see all the spots. I travel a lot for work and this is my favorite place to stay by far.

From check-in to checkout, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. My room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained, it felt more like a home than a hotel. The layout was perfect, with plenty of room to relax and unwind after a long day. Everything was clean, modern, and very inviting, with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. The location is convenient and quiet, making it a great place to rest while still being close to downtown. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the warm hospitality from the team. I’ll definitely return to this location every time I’m in town. Five stars all the way!
